I ordered the pork chops n they were a lil chewy! So needless to say, I won't order them again! The other food was ok! I really love Cracker Barrel , what I don't like is getting warmed over biscuits sometimes when their trying to get rid of them, n food that's a bit tuff n hard to chew!
Not the Cracker Barrel I am accustomed to. There were clumps of dumplings in 2 of the entrees, green beans barely warm and not seasoned. We had a great waitress and noted longer wait times as short staff in the kitchen. Hopefully better next time.

The food here is good, don't get me wrong. That being said, it is only average compared to other similarly priced restaurants. The service is good and the atmosphere is always the same. You cannot go wrong with Cracker Barrel.

Had a really positive interaction with the manager here tonight! They are hard working folks. Our server, Jagger, was super! While we were waiting for our food he was cleaning tables, and we noticed him pulling out and wiping down all of his chairs (even the slats on the back!) in between guests. It's the little things that go a long way in making a restaurant great. Thanks for your dedication.

My wife ordered the chicken poppers. The first one she bit into was undercooked and was chewy. The others were better but she could not eat much more because of that first bite. I ordered momma's pancake breakfast. I ordered my eggs over medium and they came out over hard with no runniness to the yolks. The pancakes were about 1/3 smaller than they have been in the past. As a rule we love Cracker Barrel. I don't know if it was a new cook or what but the food was really disappointing.

The menu has changed and not for the better. I got a hamburger and fries. My husband got chicken, mashed potatos and pinto beans and cornbread. I had a soybean burger. Nasty. The mashed potatoes looked like Iike they were days old. Tasted like instant. The cornbread was nothing like it used to be. The chicken was tough. This was our 2nd poor experience and will be our last. Very disappointed in the changes in menu and food. Our server was great was best part of the night.

It gets worse every time we stop. $71.00 breakfast for 3 adults and a child under 2!!!! Our waitress was horrible, waited 45 minutes for luke warm food that had sat on the warming table, cold fried eggs, thick film over the gravy, and our entire order was a mess. Ordered 4 pancakes came out with 3 on one plate and 2 on another. Almost raw bacon and had to sit another 25 minutes for our daughters meal to come out. NEVER AGAIN......TOO TOO MANY CHANCES GIVEN. To top it off, the waitress says , "Sorry, we're just busy busy. DUH.....it's a typical sunday morning, no excuse for pathetic service, dirty table, her screwing our entire order up, and it was room temperature
Service was awesome. Food was horrible. Biscuits were not done , bacon was raw , eggs were not done .

Food was cold mashed potatoes were so old on plate they had crust on them meatloaf cold top was very burnt in a few layers deep said equipment was broken so we're out of most fried items we ordered on top of that was out of pot roast 🤯 I didn't want to complain already stick out enough I've had kinda bad service before but never food what's really going on can you believe I sent the chicken and dumplings back wow.

The food had definitely been sitting under a warmer way too long and not fresh at all. It wasn’t very hot and the tops of the food were hard. The waitress was friendly enough, however, she said she was new and I believe she needed more training. She couldn’t answer our questions about the menu and other things. Being from TN and a life long customer of Cracker Barrell, this visit was very disappointing. The quality of the food has gone downhill and the prices have gone up. I guess maybe that’s why they started selling alcohol and extended the menu, to bring in more people. I say stick to the originals that made them a great down-home family restaurant and increase the quality of the food that are serving.
