The complaint I have is that we signed up for the cracker barrel rewards back in January. We were given the free reward for signing up. We didn't know there was an expiration date on it so when we visited this time we were going to use it. We asked our waitress and she said they didn't expire so we ordered it. When we got to the register to pay the lady said we couldn't use it. Didn't know you only has so many days to use it.

Can’t say I will order a burger and pay more than 9.00 for a frozen patty that tastes old . Didn’t want much for dinner . Made a big mistake with the burger! Why would you ask someone how you want a frozen patty cooked?

The waitress was really pushy and rude. I couldn't understand half of what she was saying through her tooth. She even tried to take my drink out of my hand as I was trying to pour it into a to go cup. The restaurant was dirty and they seated me beside a mess in the floor when there were other tables avaliable.
