Josh is blatantly rude and does not know how to talk to customers. Obviously doesnt want to be there and is making the customers feel it. The manager should not allow him to have anymore interaction with customers until he watches some training videos.

I don't try to make reviews usually cause I don't care half the time, but this has become so prominent of an issue.

Where to start. First of all, the cashiers (?) Baby was in the back touching the ice-cream machine. As someone whose been in food service, not only is that disgusting, but extremely unsafe for tiny hands.

Secondly, everyone just always seems high when im there. They never remember orders, names, or always have an highly snappy attitude.

Im a DQ lover till the end, but this specific location just feels like a backrooms level.

Need to hire new people I never leave reviews bc I don’t really care. But it’s not hard to read what was ordered and to do it right just because I ordered 20 minuets before the store was closing doesn’t mean you just don’t make the food correctly and only give me what was already made. Whoever was working there tonight clearly cant do the simplest of task.

I’ve tried coming twice now and the lobby is closed at open and the drive thru takes so long you can’t be in any form of a rush. I won’t be back.

One of the best experiences ive had at any restaurant. There was only 3 people working and my order was right, the food was great and freshly made, and the Sundaes were amazing. The place was clean and everyone was friendly even when they busy. It was a better experience then ive had a most dine in fancy restaurants.

We went in looking for a bite to eat.
When we went to order our food our service was rushed and generally bad. As we sat down we noticed there were ants everywhere including the table. As we were killing the bugs the waitress comes with our food. She says that they show up all the time and they won’t do anything about them. She hands us our food and Blizzards. We eat, take our leave, and never come back. Overall food was good but the server was rude and incompetent, service was rushed, and the atmosphere was disgusting. Would not recommend!!

The blizzard I ordered was soupy as if it had been left out for a while. The worker never flipped mine or my friends' blizzards either. As a former Dairy Queen worker, it's disappointing to see sub-par quality in the food being served.
