Charged me for an order they didn’t want to complete. Then had more than 20 minutes to make my order right while I sat in the drive thru only to give us the wrong food. I can’t even eat the food they gave me due to allergies. Lawsuits waiting to happen.
Passive aggressive staff. Not worth ever coming back. This place is such a joke.

WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! I made an order a few months ago, and they messed up. Gave me 4 pc chicken tenders instead of a 6 pc. I called and they wrote my name down. But when I returned it’s gone! I called them and they said they didn’t have my name down…. This is the next time I’m near it and they don’t have it… they didn’t make it right, and I will not be returning… go to McDonald’s, or rally’s!! Don’t go to DAIRY QUEEN!

It was my idea to go to DQ for dinner and a blizzard, but I soon regretted it! I ordered the chicken strip basket and was disappointed to be served not so fresh chicken strips with cold fries. Then I ordered a turtle pecan cluster blizzard (my favorite) as we left. Let this be your warning that they’re not adding as much of the filling to the ice cream anymore! I got one pecan with a tiny bit of chocolate in a small sized blizzard. Talk about expensive soft serve ice cream!

Went at 8:30 the other day to get a blizzard they had all the lights off making it look like they was closed and went to order a blizzard and they told me they are not serving any ice cream at this time. I get if it was 30 mins before they closed but they CLOSED AT 11

What a great place this is to visit these days. The new Manager Jessica has made this so much better to visit. Her staff is professional and friendly. I think in all honesty the food even tastes better, because the atmosphere has improved so much. Not sure why this has changed so much under the new management, but it sincerely shows every time I have been there lately. This was just the first time I have had a chance to say how great it really has become in recent weeks. I will certainly keep coming back now when I am in the mood for Dairy Queen in my town.

Bad experience. Staff was unorganized and charged us for large sundaes but gave us smalls and when questioned insisted they were large. We won't be back

Asked for cherry dip cone and was told it wasn’t available. I then drove to another Dairy Queen in the same town and it was. Why are you lying about ice cream
