What a joke of a Dairy Queen. After I stand at the counter for 10 minutes I finally asked someone if they could wait on me. Zero customer service skills. Lady at the counter starts mouthing that people just don’t understand and continues to smart off while I’m in eating my food.

Gentleman at window was incredibly rude, not friendly, snatched my phone from me when I said Apple Pay - will NOT be returning to this location! A bummer since it’s always so good, hate that this was my last experience here.

Standard fast food. Restaurant was decently clean, staff was nice. Fish sandwich was crispy and had a good taste with the tartar sauce. Fries were not the best or the worst. Ice cream looks delicious, but after I waited a bit too long to buy a treat, I decided I didn't need it anyway.

Very disappointed. The manager and crew were more concerned with talking smack with friends over the counter than taking an order. Cell phones distract these people like a squirrel with a nut. Don’t eat here!

This DQ has really went downhill. They don’t open the inside until 7:30 and that is if they even open the doors, which they didn’t today. They just stood and looked at us. No sign up saying they were closing the inside or anything. If you can’t staff a restaurant there is probably a reason why.

It I could give zero stars I would. We waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. Decided to get out of line and go inside because there was no one inside. We go inside and stood there for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. 5 people working and not a single person could bother to take orders. Will never return

eating here is a 50/50 chance of it being good and it’s a 50/50 chance your order comes out correctly, me and my husband ordered 2 pretzel sticks and a sweet tea and the line was so long, we went to the window and it took forever so they told us to go to mobile 1 so then they finally gave us our tea, and 1 of our pretzel sticks. which is fine and i understand people make mistakes, so we walk in and no one was at the counter they was all in the back which is fine if they are short staffed i understand anyway so we was waiting for some time and i seen a vape laying in the counter by the register, im not the one to complain about vaping but in a restaurant the smartest

Just go over to McDonald’s they are killing it…..this location is equipped to serve two cars on time in drive thru they tell you to hold on and then never take your order.

Love dairy Queen over the years this one here sometimes most the time you need to avoid it poor management I don't know just it's just awful most of the time. ..

DO NOT GO HERE! The whole point of a chain restaurant is to have the same experience at any of their locations. I've been to a few DQs in different states, and this is the only time I've had a bad experience.

The buns were hard as a rock, the tomato looked like it was a week old, the fries were stale and bland, even the boxes for the burgers were smashed up. We went through the drive-through around 7pm on a Monday.

Truly disappointing. Hopefully, whoever owns this location fixes things.
