Against my better judgement I wanted an Ice Cream fix and this crew helped smash the craving with a marvelously prepared Heath Caramel Cupfection. The service was amazing and the lobby was cozy, quiet and super clean.

Awful customer service. Very ditsy waiter. Non apologetic. They had to make my ice cream 3x before I finally got it. She laughed saying oh he's making it again. She didn't even remember i had to ask, again. No simple apology or anything. Very rude service. She also forgot to get other people's burgers, etc. Weird experience.

Ordered 3 blizzards and a misty. Waited well over thirty minutes. Drive thru kept rolling through, someone came in after us ordered a meal and a blizzard and left while we sat there wondering where our food was. After getting our refund another person who came in after us walked out with their order also. When we asked for a refund we were asked for a receipt which we were never offered, nor were we offered a number like everyone else was provided. And when the manager DID credit us back, no apology was given and NO RECEIPT! This store was over focused on doordash and drive thru when they had people inside as well. Nobody should wait this long for 4 items.

Go to any other Dairy Queen. They can't even handle a frozen only order. If you walk in don't expect your blizzard any sooner than a half hour especially if you walk in. If you are not in the drive through or you didn't order door dash then you don't matter. I canceled my order and left after waiting for a very extended period of time for ice-cream. Vote with your wallet people and choose somewhere else. This place needs to get it together or no longer exist.

The worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Given this place so many chances and the workers are ignorant. They have a weird herd mentality and expect you to be understanding even when they have you waiting 38 minutes & you have to return 3 times to get everything you ordered. Not to mention overhearing the workers talking shit about me when I was nothing but nice and understanding until that point. Never again returning and I recommend you save yourself the trip.
