Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Awful customer service. Very ditsy waiter. Non apologetic. They had to make my ice cream 3x before I finally got it. She laughed saying oh he's making it again. She didn't even remember i had to ask, again. No simple apology or anything. Very rude service. She also forgot to get other people's burgers, etc. Weird experience.

It was really good but the biscuits were hard went about 9:00 am. It took them about 10 minutes to get someone to take are order not staff.

Ordered 3 blizzards and a misty. Waited well over thirty minutes. Drive thru kept rolling through, someone came in after us ordered a meal and a blizzard and left while we sat there wondering where our food was. After getting our refund another person who came in after us walked out with their order also. When we asked for a refund we were asked for a receipt which we were never offered, nor were we offered a number like everyone else was provided. And when the manager DID credit us back, no apology was given and NO RECEIPT! This store was over focused on doordash and drive thru when they had people inside as well. Nobody should wait this long for 4 items.

Go to any other Dairy Queen. They can't even handle a frozen only order. If you walk in don't expect your blizzard any sooner than a half hour especially if you walk in. If you are not in the drive through or you didn't order door dash then you don't matter. I canceled my order and left after waiting for a very extended period of time for ice-cream. Vote with your wallet people and choose somewhere else. This place needs to get it together or no longer exist.

Bigger lady in the window has the worst attitude ever ! She slammed the window in my face, cause she forgot to ring up our drinks after asking me what I wanted to drink ! Lol I don’t think she applied for that position !

The worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Given this place so many chances and the workers are ignorant. They have a weird herd mentality and expect you to be understanding even when they have you waiting 38 minutes & you have to return 3 times to get everything you ordered. Not to mention overhearing the workers talking shit about me when I was nothing but nice and understanding until that point. Never again returning and I recommend you save yourself the trip.

Put my order in on the DQ app, the app gave me a time of 10 mins later, so I go straight to the restaurant and no one greats me, left waiting for 5 min till someone asks if they can help me. I say I have a mobile order, they tell me it will be 5 min and then start making my order. I was so annoyed, why does DQ even have an app, this is second time I've used the app and it's same thing both times, and I can't use app in drive through. Honestly the food isn't worth this hassle, I will not be returning anytime soon.

Ordered a mixing bowl mashup blizzard and ended up with a some blizzard with cookie dough and graham cracker??? I would have turned back they had a line and I only saw 2 people working in that entire building

Went there on the 8th, and we had gotten burgers, fries, drinks, and cheese curds. It was fine, but what really brought the stars down is when we were thinking about getting ice cream, one of the ladies in the back was hacking and coughing, and making throwing up noises while laughing. It was so absolutely disgusting. You don't make those kinds of noises while working around food, etc.

We had to listen to one of the employees hoot and holler while we waited on our ice cream. They seemed to run out of condiments while fixing our ice cream. Try another one!!

Never fail to disappoint, I typically stagger visits no closer than a few months, day time, nighttime, I mix it up and they never do. The blizzard quality is poor and their willingness to improve is no existent.

I place the same order, pay for extra ingredients, and request it to be mixed thoroughly, stating I do not need it turned upside down. No matter what you pay, what you request, what you expect, you still receive 1/3-1/2 cup of soft serve with little or nothing blended in. I keep returning, hoping it will be better than before. This is a toxic relationship I am finally ending.
