Drinks were too sweet. Food generally underseasoned. Pistachio crudo, lemon broccolini were great. The texture of veal meatballs was off, and needs an acidic sauce rather than the mayo-like dressing.

Danny's has been absolutely amazing every time we go! It's our favorite date night and family night place! Great for all occasions.

The food and service was great. We were celebrating a birthday and it was the perfect atmosphere. Will for sure be back!

What a hidden gem! We booked it as it was only one of a few open for Christmas Eve dinner. It was such a wonderful experience! Awesome waitstaff and the food was phenomenal! It will definitely be a regular stop when I come back in town.

Danny's is a very nicely decorated new Italian restaurant. The food was amazing. The manicotti and pork tenderloin with sweet potato gnocchi was incredible. The mixed drinks we got were good too. Prices are little higher than most Italian restaurants but the food was really good.

The food was incredible. The pistachio yellowfin tuna appetizer must be tried. It blew me away. Cocktails were great, service was perfect, and every bite was delicious.

Danny's Italian was a total hit. I had read a good review from a friend so my wife and I decided to try it out. The restaurant is located across from the rec department gym in an unassuming storefront that used to be a grocery as I understand, but that grocery did not have a pizza oven and bags of imported Italian flour sitting in the corner! They make everything from scratch in house, including the pasta and our dinners were delicious. I had blackened salmon with a nice kale and cranberry salad (and I don't usually like kale) and my wife had something I can't remember the name of but it involved fried risotto balls, vodka sauce and house-made noodles. Yow, it was good, and was even better the next day. We had tiramisu for dessert, and they did a cool thing where they dusted an outline of a fork with powdered sugar on a dark plate. Our server Devin was just the best, and Danny the owner came over and talked to us as well. We will be back!

Food was excellent. Only issue is we were seated at a veryyyyyy small two person table top that wa literally in the middle of the main walk walkway. Table was tooo small to even eat comfortably, let alone let traffic by us. Tried to keep my dress up out of the floor so no one would trip on it.

Definitely worth the price! Staff is friendly and helpful! Opera music does play so that might be loud for some but it was an enjoyable time overall!

The chef is incredibly talented and every single dish is a treasure! This is the best restaurant in BG currently - the fish, the salads, the steak, the vegetables, and especially the desserts are all stellar! My only request is a better version of the focaccia - it should be warm, crispy and inviting, not pale and cold (see Hickory & Oak's terrific version for inspiration). I would love a more curated playlist too - this food is far too elevated to be accompanied by Journey!

Will definitely be back for Sunday brunch! We ordered three different meals and we enjoyed them all.

The fish special and the seafood risotto were both excellent, as was the humus special appetizer.

The restaurant is beautiful! We enjoyed appetizers - calamari was excellent. Our friends said the pasta was amazing The kale salad was tasty but the kale was a little tough and it could have used more dressing. The wine selection is a bit sparse for an Italian place and there were no zero-proof drinks or NA beers - that is a big miss if the only options for non-alcoholic are coke products or water. Our server was not very professional - she gave a lot of commentary about what they had and were out of.

Amazing food and very busy! The restaurant setup does have some patrons right at the entry door which doesnt work well in the cold. It was unclear for guests either reservations where to check in. We had the amazing bread and had finished our salads before our cocktails ever came from the bar. The chicken parm is some of THE best Ive ever had, we also loved the carbonara and espresso creme brulee. The martini with feta stuffed olives was worth the wait! We will definitely be back.
