They didn’t give me some of the food items that I paid for. When i called to ask for a refund for the items i didn’t receive, they stated that they couldn’t do anything about it. That’s not right in my opinion. The food I did receive was good though

I just called to ask about delivery and a girl immediately answered the phone and said “Dominos please hold” and sat the phone down. She was seemingly unaware that I could hear her whole conversation with her coworker about making a big tip on a delivery, saying “like what the hell” etc. Very unprofessional, she could’ve at least muted the phone! I sat there for 10+ minutes waiting for the phone to be picked back up and ended up just hanging up.

Because it seems a few customers have called, posted pictures n spoke with the same manager n not once did she admit that it was the store's fault. How can she blatantly lie like that?? When it's clear enough by the pictures customers submitted. Josline is digging a hole in that store. No one wants to order there anymore n they have her to blame.

My first bad review I've ever left. DO NOT order from here. We have ordered from this location at least 3 times...all of which delivery estimated time extended over an hour compared to original estimated time. Pizza was cold and customer service was terrible. I have never had Dominos experience this bad. Dominos is our go to easy delivery in other towns. This location is a NO GO.

Seriously one of the best pizzas I have had in years. I travel from Ohio to Tennessee all the time. The dude who made it that night went all out and cooked It right. It was really good. I mean good. Also very nice people there it was a Friday evening around 10 pm . 10/24. 2025 It was done the right way. I had it loaded and he did it exactly how I had in the app. I say this because other places kinda seem to skimp on things like chipotle hates giving you actual meat. But this dude that night did a great job. I ate half and am saving half. Great job there I was really surprised. It is really good. I wish I lived near this location. They really seem to be different sometimes

The employees here need help or this place needs to shut down until they can get help/more employees. I received a notification at 5:45 saying my order was in the oven, 10 minutes later completed... As my husband still stands inside 25 minutes later, waiting on our order to be completed. Yeah, the tracker is cool, but the employees have to move it along so they don't get in trouble causing false notifications for customers. The people who work here are doing their best, the management/owner not working there and letting their employees struggle should fire themselves.

Customer service is not what it used to be. Apparently the customer is liable for incorrect orders now. Ordered cinnamon bites, but received garlic bites. Manager tells me they can't re-deliver without charging me a delivery fee again and accused me of lying, saying I did receive the cinnamon bites. Make your own assumption based off my pic.
I’m a truck driver and after working all day I wanted a large cheese pizza after working up an appetite and when I ordered an hour before their closing time at 1100 I was met by a younger employee who said “o yea dude we’re gunna cancel your order cause we felt like closing early”, what a joke! I went across the street to Casey’s general store that served me a delicious large cheese pizza even after that joke of a dominos closed. Casey serves 24/7 pizza so shame on dominos for making a blue collar worker go hungry because their too lazy to foot the bill with there lazy closing early hour shenanigans. Shame on you guy’s for not honoring your full hours, disgusting, I would have went hungry after a hard days work because of you fools. Thank god for Casey’s!

So i picked up an order today. I noticed they were not wearing gloves. I ask C.J if it was a health department rule they wear gloves while prepping pizza. He said no that the oven is 500 degrees. Well hey CJ clean out your finger nails. They had black funk under them. I personally dont wanna eat dead skins cells from under your nails while you are stretching crust. Please do better thats just gross and disgusting.
