My boyfriend loves the pizza here, but it’s the same experience every single time. The delivery eta says 30-35 minutes and I didn’t receive my pizza until an hour and half later. I ordered it at 5:57 pm and I didn’t receive my order until 7:31. When I call the store at 7:20 they said “ sorry it’s being delivered now. They’re one minute away from you “ Like I said I didn’t receive it until 7:31. They did not knock or even let me know my food was outside, until I asked my boyfriend to go run to the car for something else, he seen it then. I understand places are busy, but it is every single time we have ever ordered here and by the time I get my food it’s so cold. Don’t recommend at all.

Took 2 hours to deliver a single pizza on a normal Tuesday night. Pizza was cold and dry when I got it. Only positive thing about it was Steven the delivery guy. He was friendly and apologized. Other than that absolutely nothing good about the service here.

I ordered to the embassy suites for delivery and the driver delivered to the wrong room.So that's my justification 3 stars. However, I was pleasantly pleased with the manager who replaced my order and gave me a refund. To the driver please pay closer attention as people work very hard for their money as I'm sure you should understand. God bless.
