Pizza was horrible,burned, no sauce and the soooo dry. Toppings was basically in the middle. Worse pizza I think I have had. Front counter employees was to worried about standing around a table and talking and being on their phone. Maybe if your gonna hire kids make sure they are trained better and maybe look at the cameras sometimes and see what they are doing. Will never go back and waste our hard earned money especially at a place where they don't really care

I use to love Donatos in Ohio, but this one was horrible. The employees were so rude, but they were to busy partying with people at tables to care about people who bought 2 pizzas. I ordered pepperoni, onions, peppers, and extra cheese.....I got no extra cheese and no sauce....I showed the girls and they said it is on there and turned away!!!!!!! Very very very bad service!!!! It is 3/09/2024 @ 6:30pm......HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! I couldn't eat the pizza and wasted $25 due to they wouldn't do anything. I would post pictures, but it won't let me.....if you saw the pizza's we ordered you would say the same thing I did......

Food was burnt and doughy all at the same time. Employees were rude. The dining area was cold and needed clean at 8pm I would have expected a different atmosphere. We ordered a calzone that was just bla. There was no seasoning and was cooked until thoroughly dead. Was not impressed and probably won't be back. Due to for pricing not matching experience provided

The girl in the front didn't act like she wanted to be at work the building was cold bathroom smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a month bread sticks were eh.. pizza was decent ..but the employees were in the back being loud ... We drove 3 hrs to eat here and all I can say is the pizza is decent .. do better ....

I don't really do Google reviews but this business has earned mine. My gf and I are visiting from out of town and we do not have Donatos pizza in Kansas city. The food is kind of expensive and we spent $50 for two pizzas. One was a large pizza and the other was a cauliflower crust pizza. I will say the price is pretty fair since the pizzas are made fresh and what made us happy was the ingredients were fresh too. The service was pretty good. The manager that I talked to was extremely nice and made sure our experience was a great one. Sadly the family member that we are visiting is moving away from Bowling Green in the next month about 30 minutes away so next time when we come to visit them we will have to travel 30 minutes to come eat here but at least we know it'll be worth the drive. Absolutely looking forward to eating here again and to the manager that I talked to, hope you have a good time in KC and enjoy our famous BBQ. Also put in a word to open up a place out here in KC!

bowling green has so many options for food, but we chose donatos because my dad is from ohio and loved donato’s and we wanted to get a taste. it was delicious and everybody was nice. we got some breadsticks and a large famous thin crust pizza. breadsticks were good reminded me of olive garden. the pizza was really good we ate every last piece lol. dont be fooled by “thin crust” it isn’t what traditional thin crust tastes like. it’s doughey and yummy and the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. really good pizza! and all the food was nice and warm and yummy in my tummy. now im ready to take a nap. weird that they use paper plates lol but hey im not judging. seems like a nice place to come listen to live music too and theyre doing good for the community!

ordered delivery twice. The Works. 1st time it was delivered nice n hot tasted awesome. 2nd time it was cold. I dont mind cold pizza the day after a party for a hangover breakfast but this was for a Friday night dinner. Not sure there will be a 3rd time. Delivery driver was Ali.

I ordered through the Donatos app and their app could use some improvement. The actual delivery was courtesy of a door dash driver. She was pleasant and showed up to the hotel rather quickly. The pizza and breadsticks were quite honestly terrible. As in a 3am hotel microwaved Totino's party pizza would have been a solid improvement over this "pizzeria quality pizza" at 5pm on a Sunday.
