First time trying today. Jacob and all the staff was very friendly and attentive. pizza was really, really good. Cinnamon bread was amazing! Customer service was on point! We will definitely be making Donatos a regular!!

Paid for extra ham on my pizza and by no one’s definition would what I got be considered extra. Actually it was a disappointing amount if it was actually their regular amount. Be very wary of ordering toppings.

I won't even mention the difficulty in trying to place my delivery order over the phone but this is what I eventually received. A cold, dry, jumbled up pizza. Instead of spending almost $40 with tip, I could have saved myself $30 and baked the red baron I have in the freezer and still had a better pizza. Folks, don't waste your money...

When you order and they “forgot your wings” waited 30 mins after the other food came out and never got them. Then they ask “if you still want them”, instead of trying to fix the problem or even offer a refund.

Went in there during a classic car event in Bowling Green, which caused them to be extremely busy. The manager, I didn't get her name, but she was a younger, blonde girl, was absolutely stellar. It looks like she called in help as well, as a girl, is there with her little one, trying to do what she could. they were literally running around to try and get the customers taken care of. Extremely impressed with the management they have working here!
