Over the course of course of the last 6 months this location has went downhill. I understand mistakes as I used to be a food service manager and understand high turnover rates and understanding issues. I literally order the same drink when I go. About 4 months ago I went 3 different times and my drink is literally made different everytime. So today a coworker and I ordered and I decided to to give them one last try. We'll and behold my order was wrong again. I used to keep boosted status every month and have let that go all in 6 months time. Im not looking for harsh feedback just simply stating my experience.

Went in and they made the first drink completely wrong. The second drink they made a medium but charged for a large. Made us get a refund and then didn’t even add the blueberry flavoring. The first employee was sweet and apologized for messing up… but the second employee was probably the rudest customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. She came up to help the first employee and already had an attitude. Then treated us like we were inconveniencing her. Will probably never willingly choose this location again.

I’ve been here multiple times and have never failed to get the food as I ordered at a fresh temperature. The employees here are professionally polite if not friendly. I dined in once and it was clean.
I'm not a big coffee fan, but I do love a good Mocha Frappuccino and some doughnuts! I used to work in law enforcement, after all. 😂
But seriously, every time I come here the staff is so nice and the doughnuts always taste fresh. They clear the cabinet every day as far as I'm aware.

i made an online order for curbside pickup on the mobile app. there were no cars so they weren’t busy, i waited 15 minutes then decided to go thru the drive thru to tell them i was there. the workers were very short & rude & with me for no reason. they said they ‘don’t do curbside’ when it was an option on the app. my drink had been sitting for the whole 15 minutes and they didn’t remake it so it was cold.

Coffee is barely warm. They never have Almond Croissants. This is a letter down since this is basically the only non-sweet item on the menu. It doesn't matter what time you go. 8 AM, out. They need to make more than they do!
