There was a man there this morning that was yelling when he spoke and kinda talking in circles but was getting in everyone’s personal space. He continued to keep coming up to me and the more he done it the more uncomfortable I got. Well I think the workers saw that and so they kept coming up with reasons for me to move away from him and talking to me so he would leave me alone. There are still good people in the world because all of the workers could have just let this man keep bothering me but they didn’t. Then the workers apologized to me before I left and said the man had been there for an hour. Appreciate all of them for stepping in!
Coffee as always was amazing and the breakfast Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was also so good!
This was the Dunkin on the Bypass by the way.

They had 20 people working food was every where no organization at all. My order was messed up food cold Carmel swirl cap didn’t have any Carmel I didn’t order any sprinkle donuts but ended up with three in my dozen. This is just a horrible store I have went there several time and they always mess something up.

I have been standing in this store for about 10min now. No one else In here other than the employees and not one of the 5 people on duty have stopped to greet me. Not a single “someone will be with you in a moment” “are you here for a pick up order” “are you ready to order” nothing. Of course my order was a mobile order and I’m waiting patiently for it to be completed but this is insane. I’m a very large … I know you can see me! Why haven’t I been acknowledged yet?

I like Dunkins food and coffee. The service is good most of the time. The reason I'm not giving 4 stars is because the owners of this particular location don't allow their staff to take separate orders at the drive thru. You can't even pay separately at the window, everything has to be on one order, which is ridiculous. Literally never been to a place with a drive through that does this.
