I was a loyal customer for this location but not anymore, the last 2 times I ordered hot coffee it was like water and no coffee at all me and my wife just threw it away after just one sip, and this happened in 2 different days. I don't know if they are saving coffee or just the person making coffee just don't know how to make coffee but I'm sure we are not the only customers with this situation and believe me I'm Puerto Rican I know about good coffee.

Their foods and coffee are pretty decent, wouldnt recommend the grilled cheese at all, not melty, not grilled, and very bland... anything else is pretty good though!
I was going to give this Dunkin' Donuts five stars because it was fast and the lady at the window was super sweet and super courteous. What we ordered was $27 worth of breakfast. My husband got a large white chocolate latte and a sausage and egg on a croissant sandwich. My daughter got a Cookie flavored cold brew large and she got a breakfast sandwich sourdough and I got a large vanilla latte and an everything bagel with cream cheese. The reason for three stars instead of five? Because their sandwiches were great I got a plain bagel with tons of butter on it. And I'm already across town so I'm very upset But at least their sandwiches were good I don't think I'll be frequenting that Dunkin' Donuts again It's Spencer's for me all the way.!

Food is usually consistent. Never know about a drink. Flavor of the drinks is usually on point, but customizations are often overlooked. Don’t request less ice. Waste of time because they will put the standard amount if not more. I paid $6 for a large iced drink this morning that was filled 3/4 with ice when I mobile ordered less ice. Use the drive through during busy times. The parking lot is super small and difficult to navigate if all spots are taken.
