I won’t be returning to this location. The staff has consistently been rude, and the food often tastes off. People in the area have even mentioned feeling sick after eating here. I’d recommend avoiding this Dunkin’ and heading to the bypass location instead.

Can we just pleassse train people how to make an actual drinkable beverage. I order a caramel latte everytime and it’s always either really good or literally inconsumable. Today I actually went back through for a remake and they took the original beverage through the window and gave me back the exact same cup. Not only is this unsanitary but the drink also tasted worse than before.

Came here on Thanksgiving and got my food on Christmas.
This is our 3rd Saturday coming here since our child is going to WKU Super Saturdays and last week and this week have been horrible. Order is wrong, forgetting stuff and to top it off WHEN WE ASKED FOR THE MILITARY DISCOUNT THEY OFFER OUR PRICE ACTUALLY WENT UP!!! When we asked why they didn’t know why… if you use a military discount you can’t order their meal deals!

SHRINKFLATION ALERT!!! The size of their doughnuts and filling have shrunk but prices are the same or higher. #CorporateGreed? I will go to Great American Doughnuts down the street moving forward as their doughnuts are the same size, price, and quality.

The worst place to get coffee in town!! Might as well close because no one wants to work. Sat in drive through window for 10 mins for two coffees tonight watched them be on their phones and just chilling . And act dumb about asking for our coffees . This place is horrible
