Dutch Bros Coffee

I work at papa John's as a driver, I walked up to the window to get serviced and I seen they was dealing with a guest having great conversation not looking back. I get it,but when the next guest pulls up after I been standing there for over 5 minutes and even knocked on windows twice to get attention. It's not cool to either overlook someone or not know your surroundings. Made me leave ill just get my coffee from dunking tonight

I absolutely love all of the staff that work here!! Everyone is amazing, great communication, conversation and overall great vibes! It doesn’t matter what time of day it is as I just Went at 6am the staff is soooo good!! So if you are going to get coffee go here because they will just make your day!!

They don’t have food items there just delicious different types of drinks get the iced or blended Annihilator. Yesterday I tired the iced Flapjack Mocha very good! My last name is Roeda! Yes my husband is Dutch! I love this place and the staff is amazing!

Parking: About maybe 8-10 spots at the one I go to!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have Wheel chair parking. But they have drive through service so you don’t have to get out of your car if you don’t want too! Outside seating only no indoor seating. I just love this place! Every one I went to has been amazing!

I've never been one to spend money on going to a coffee shop, but when my daughter introduced me to Dutch Bros, I was hooked! I've tried Starbucks and Dunkin and didn't care for them, but Dutch Bros is so good!

I’ve only been to this location twice and each time I had an amazing experience! The staff there is so sweet and nice and the customer service is amazing! I went this morning between 11am & 12pm and the girl at the front window was the best! We had great conversation and relatable! Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but I remember that she was from Nevada and we bonded about my industrial piercing! I got the Golden Eagle iced coffee and it probably is my now fav coffee ever and their shakes were good as well! Definitely will be choosing Dutch Bros over coffee place from now on!

If they don’t have enough people to work the walk up window, then they ought not offer it. The worker was very rude and incompetent.

I’m from Eugene, OR. The home of Dutch Bros. I think they would be rather upset to see how their franchise operates here.

always super peppy, great customer service, and they've given me stickers and a rubber duck souvenier so far. I won't be going anywhere else I'm so impressed with them!!

This new location has yet to disappoint, everyone is so extremely friendly and drinks are awesome! Emily was the highlight of our last visit, she was so sweet to my daughter and gave her a few stickers she didn't have!! She was so engaging and nice even though they were super busy, will definitely keep coming to this location after having such a great experience because of Emily!

Husband stopped in the try the frozen golden eagle and was very impressed the staff were very nice and even gave us bandannas for our pups ?

Parking: The location has a small narrow parking lot/drive through which became hard to drive through with my truck

Who owns this place? Horrible execution of a business, no organization whatsoever, layout of the drive-thru and parking lot makes no logical sense. F for effort on the planners and owners part. A for the staff for putting up with management.
