I love the coffee and the people are so sweet but the service has changed so much since first opening. It is really not a quick coffee stop like it was.

A worst Starbucks, if you want to wait 30 mins in the drive-through and overpay for okay drinks, then be my guest. Staff is friendly.

Everyone here is extremely welcoming and helpful however I don't understand the point of a mobile pickup order if I'm still going to have to wait until I get to the window. Just seems odd to me.

Very friendly staff. They seem to actually enjoy their job!
It makes the customer feel like they value you and are giving you a quantity product. I wish there was more of that today.

I love how they treat you like they have known you your whole life! Even on a Saturday morning, the whole crew looked like they were having a great time in their workplace, and that to me, is super important. My drinks were great, and the portions were pleasant. I will be adding Dutch Bros to my list of great coffee spots in town!

I absolutely love starting my day at the Dutch Bros on Russellville Road. I am never disappointed, always greeted with a smile & my mobile order is always brought straight to my car.

I wish I could say the same thing for the Bypass location. I was greeted rudely, they didn't have an item I ordered but they didn't know how to give me a credit for that. All 3 employees I interacted with that day treated me the same way. No smiles. No conversation. No apologies. I will not return to that location.

It's Russellville Road from now on for me! <3
