My hot sub was a bit messy and cold in the middle. Self serve fountain drinks were good out of the machine. I’m not a fan of rounding up or choosing a tip when I have to self serve drinks and picking up my order from the counter. There is really no tip worthy service.

The food was good. The employee who assisted me was very helpful in explaining the sub details. They also all clapped and cheered when two officers came in. It was quite humbling to witness.

Absolutely love eating at Firehouse Subs. The staff is always polite and speedy with the food. As a member of two Fire Departments, my family and I always donate bc the money helps Fire Departments get grants to buy equipment.

Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten-free bread for the ones of us that are gluten-free.
