Just like most five guys this was good food served by some good workers. The price is the only thing that keeps this from being five ⭐️; $21 for a burger, fries, and drink is just ridiculous.

Ate there Sunday 4/7 with my son. Food was actually pretty good, but just 24hrs later my credit card info has been comprised...an attempted large purchase at the SAME Five Guys, plus massive purchase attempts at Best Buy. Luckily my bank caught it -- I guess use cash there? ?♂️

I'll never eat at your restaurant again. Your burgers aren't worth the cost considering it's more condiments,bread and vegetables than it is meat. I used to love eating at your restaurants. I'm not spending what I make in an hour for your vegetables. I can get a whole meat lovers pizza at Sam's club for 9.00 dollars.

The mountain of fries was dumped on the hamburger and it wouldn't even stay together because the Bun was soggy and the hamburger was an unbelievable mess. I asked for no salt in the fries and the were covered in salt. They were loud in their language and was an unpleasant experience all way around. I certainly will not be going back to spend 20 bucks on a bag of grease. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else!!!!

Always like a Five Guys cheeseburger and an unsweetened iced tea. Sometimes I'll get the Cajun fries--not today though. Friendly and efficient staff from ordering to preparing and to calling me for my order pickup.One dislike is the cost for a meal. Is this really due to the rising cost of food or is it the cost of the franchise?Update 7DEC2023; Can report another good experience and enjoyed the cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and an unsweetened iced tea. Took half of the Cajun fries home for later. The bad: the 'burger is smaller than the bun. For $20 plus a 10% tip, it's getting hard to justify the cost of this lunch. Plenty of parking on the side of the building.

Where's The Beef??..Bun is WAYyy bigger than the beef patty. The front service girl was more interested in her phone than the customers. No greeting, just a pathetic face of a $15 an hour worker earning her pay. The burger was cold, the cheese was straight out of the fridge, and the tomatoes were nothing but the centers. Two small burgers, one small fry and two medium drinks for almost $40?!?!? Are you kidding? I could have gotten the same amount of food with the same lack of flavor from Burger King for $12!It is completely disgusting, pathetic, and shameful. If this is the best you can do #FiveGuys, go ahead and close your doors.Wait. I have an idea. Let's give these workers $20 per hour so they can be even worse!

Love this place. The food is always hot and fresh. If they make a mistake they gladly make it right. Service with a smile and a cheerful greeting when you enter through the door. Music can sometimes be a little loud but no biggie. Quality is excellent at this location.

They never have fries ready for pickup orders. I don’t care if my bag is a little greasy. I’m literally buying 20 dollars worth of pure fattening unhealthy grease. It’s fine. I want to leave. Not stand here and be able to type this out. It’s a pickup order but I’m treated like I just ordered in line.
