Steak fajita was the best I've had so far. I'll get that on every visit. We didnt eat the salsa. It was way over dressed with cilantro. We couldn't eat it. Tasted like a bowl full of soap.
Service was spotty. We were given our drinks and left for good while before our order was taken. Someone else brought the food which arrived in a respectable amount of time after our order was taken. Food was only average this time. Did not see the waitress after she took our order until she presented the bill. One tea refill by someone else. Pretty disappointing visit.
Garcia’s Grill is the only place my wife and I will go for Mexican food. The flavors are always fresh and authentic and Pako and his crew do a great job without over seasoning. Just the right balance every time. The service is always friendly, the food is consistent, and it truly feels like a local gem. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.
