My daughter and I stopped in on 1/25/25 on our way to SkyPac for a concert! We sat at the bar since there were no seats available. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer. As we are waiting for our entree, a large cockroach started crawling up the support pole near where I was sitting. Literally right beside my head. The bartender smashed the roach in a napkin. Had Gerard’s for the first time on Wednesday and will definitely be back! Our waitress was so kind and prompt, the food was delicious, and the owner was incredibly nice. We had excellent service, a great lunch, and a tour of the new bar area. Best restaurant experience we’ve had in years!
Gerard’s has been on our wish list for date night for months and we were finally able to make it downtown tonight! Very grateful for the hostess squeezing us in even without a reservation. Our waitress was so kind and thorough, the specialty cocktail was PHENOMENAL, and the food was delicious. Buffalo cauliflower is now our obsession and we will be back just for that app!! Everything from atmosphere to food to drinks lived up to the hype, I look forward to coming back soon!
