I ordered the GT burger MW, cut my burger in half to eat and closer to MR than MW, they said they would fix give 2 minutes. 6 minutes later the burger that I had cut was put on a new bun without all the extras. My fries were cold by this time. Not acceptable in any instance BUT the very reason I normally don't send anything back is because of the fear of having something done to your food. I should have got an ENTIRELY new order, not a half ass attempt to fix. Disappointing!!

We stumbled on this gem and what a find it turned out to be! We were lucky to get a table, as it quickly filled up—always a good sign. Despite the rush, the service remained quick, attentive, and genuinely pleasant.
The food was outstanding. I ordered the special tortilla soup, which was rich, hearty, and full of flavor. My wife chose the beef stroganoff, and she declared it as good as her grandmother’s—a true testament to the chef. Our daughter had the salmon, perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned.
The drinks were just as impressive. The seasonal sangrias were a hit with the girls—refreshing and delicious—while I enjoyed a blood orange agave margarita that was exceptionally smooth and well-balanced.
From start to finish, everything was spot-on. A true hidden gem that we can’t wait to visit again.

Can't say enough about how great this place is! Went without a reservation at a busy hour and instead of turning us away they made room for us at the bar. The Parisian fries were great and the blood orange margarita was excellent. The Cuban was The best my husband had ever had. The bartender who took care of us was amazing! Thank you to the manager who went above and beyond! Would highly recommend😄

Absolutely the best steak I’ve had at any restaurant in this area since leaving Louisiana-Texas area. At the time market price was 45.00 and worth every cent of it. I highly recommend getting the peach tea as well. Server was prompt and professional and very courteous!!!!! Definitely a hidden gem in Bowling Green!!!

Walked in with a service dog and was harassed at the direction of the owner, by Dragon, the manager, to the extinct that I had to pull up the federal regulations governing the acceptance of a service dog. After 23 minutes of harassment, he conceded after I showed him the federal law outlined by the ADA.gov regulations , we stayed and had a good meal but not without having to engage the task of my service dog. It was, to say the least , a most disruptive forms of harassment that I’ve ever encountered. If you dont know the law, I understand. But once I cited multiple sites of the law, I was owed, at minimum an apology. I didn’t receive one.

Stopped in late for dinner tonight. Delicious food & drinks! We started with the appetizer special; beer. Cheese and pita triangles. Best dip I've ever had. Pita triangles weren't tough, perfectly soft. I had the goat cheese burger, 2nd best burger I've EVER eaten. Husband had snifzel, kraut, said it was good. Sweet potato fries, seasoned well. We really enjoyed our dinner!

Loved this place. Showed up on a Saturday and was able to get seated without a reservation. The fact that they didn't turn us away and were able to serve us (4) with how busy they always are was amazing. So thankful for their kindness and especially our sweet waitress. She was so kind and she deserves a 5 star review herself. ❤️ Will definitely be back!

Well we had a Saturday evening March 15th 4:30pm reservation time at Gerard’s1907 Tavern in downtown Bowling Green, Ky. The restaurant opens its doors at 4pm, and is located on College Street just up from Fountain Square Park. We arrived there on time & was seated promptly.at our table for two. The restaurant was already getting full, and business is quite good. Our waitress was cheerful, pleasant, and very good at being a waitress. She did an outstanding job serving our table throughout the night, and came by to assist us quite regularly. She begin by initially described to us in great detail all the multiple Chef’s entries, and various specials not listed on the menu for the evening. They all sounded quite wonderfully appetizing & delicious in full detail. So we actually ended up making our dinner selections from the actual menu itself instead. My wife and I first decided to split a house salad from the menu with blue cheese dressing, and it was pretty good. Now for our entrees she ordered the Seared Salmon Dinner with Brussels Sprouts with all the trimmings, and a Coke Zero or Diet Coke. She said the dish was prepared very appealing to the eye, and most delicious to the taste. Well next I ordered the Tenderloin Sandwich fully dressed with potato french fries, and a sweet tea with lemon. The sweet tea wasn’t very sweet at all. I asked the waitress for some sugar too sweeten it. She said she would bring some liquid sugar in a small dipping container to our table. The liquid sugar did the trick. My sweet tea was now bearable to drink. Now my tenderloin sandwich itself was a large thin patty of meat much larger than the bun. It was cooked crispy on the outside, and very tender on the inside. The sandwich was quite good, and I enjoyed it very much. The fries appeared to be freshly cut, and was served hot and very tasty. Basically we feel our meal was served hot, was pleasantly prepared, and tasted very good overall. We definitely recommend this restaurant for your dining pleasure. We have included some photos of our meal, and a shot of their dinner menu. Our 2nd time at Gerard 1907 Restaurant was also very good. Their sweet tea was not very sweet, but our waitress brought us liquid sugar and we sweetened to taste. Now our entrees we’re delicious my wife had the grilled Asian tuna and I had the steak with mushroom gravy and fries. It was prepared excellent.

First time at Gerard's, but next time I'm in Bowling Green, I'll visit again, for sure! Today I enjoyed the lunch specials - beef pasta soup with veggies and the hot chicken pesto sandwich with a generous side of yummy fries. Delicious! Looking at the menu and the pix posted here in reviews - there's so much more to try and enjoy! So, I'll be back. :)
