Cupcakes were very dry. The wedding cake cupcake is not even decorated like it used to be. It's just a big blob of white frosting with three little sprinkle hearts. I even asked the person working why they weren't decorated so beautifully like normal why it was just a big blob of frosting on top. She really had no answer. She was not interested in helping us at all. If it hadn't had my two granddaughters with me and I had promised them GiGi cupcakes and we had driven almost an hour to get there. I would've turned around and left.Red velvet very dry and looks like mold right under the frosting. The birthday cake, cupcake, very dry, very hard almost no frosting. Same with the chocolate cupcake, no decoration, barely any frosting. Everybody knows that GiGi's cupcakes are known for their big beautiful frosting and their light moist cupcakes. We bought 6 cupcakes, $30.00. Awful. I've been buying GiGi's cupcakes for 13 years and have never had such rude service or crappy cupcakes in all the time of buying these.
The store was dirty. This self sign in kiosk was broken where you sign up for your rewards. The owner/cashier was incredibly rude and seemed very bothered that we were asking what flavor of the cupcakes were since half of them were not marked. Most cases were completely empty and needed to be cleaned and this is at noon so there should've been plenty more cupcakes in there.

There was no one at the counter when I came in. The case looked sparsely filled, and then I saw the gnats flying around inside with the cupcakes. I was just getting ready to run away when someone came out and I felt obligated to buy something. I got a birthday cake and a lemon. The birthday cake was so dry and tasteless, like a dish sponge. I looked at the lemon one, it had the same dish sponge texture so I just trashed it.

This location isn't like the one from Flowiid, Mississippi the cupcakes are made as pretty, they're soliciting for undeserved tips, too many young people who feel entitled at this location and the icing is never enough nor properly placed on right..

The lady was rude and acted annoyed that I was there. The cupcake was hard and stale. There wasn't much of a selection, the display was almost empty...it was only 3 o clock in the afternoon. Not to mention their price for a stale cupcake is outrageous.

Gigi’s Cupcakes is one of those hidden gems that not everyone knows about. My partner introduced this place to me about a month ago and we went back today and knew I should write a review on it. Last time we got the red velvet macarons, I’m not a big fan of red velvet but I thought these were so good. Today we picked up a red velvet cupcake and a confetti cupcake. Everything was good and would highly recommend to everyone. You should definitely try them about if you haven’t already.

This was my first time trying Gigi’s so I decided to try a large cupcake and the mini cupcakes. Now, personally I absolutely ♥️ frosting! So, if you’re not a frosting fan, these will be too sweet for you. I tried the salted caramel, lemon, strawberry, wedding cake flavor and birthday surprise (with sprinkles). The strawberry and lemon were my favorites ? The smaller ones are easier to eat and the overall balance of the cupcake and frosting works better with the mini vs larger one. To sum it up, I will stick with the mini’s ?I’ll have to try their macaroons another day as well ?

Customer service is an issue. I walked in and seen that no one was at the register which is fine considering places are understaffed. However when the young girl came to the front to help me she seemed pretty annoyed and emotionless. I’m not asking for you to be hyper when a customer walks in but I definitely don’t want to be helped by someone who is the equivalent of the sad character from Inside Out.
