This morning, I decided to visit this establishment and explore their cupcake offerings. I ended up choosing seven cupcakes, including flavors like strawberry cheesecake, snickerdoodle, and cookie butter. To my surprise, the total cost came to around $35 for the seven cupcakes. On my way home, I indulged in the snickerdoodle cupcake. It was enjoyable, but I couldn't quite justify the $5 price tag. Additionally, the service I received was somewhat lacking customer service quality. The lady who assisted me seemed indifferent, possibly in need of her morning coffee. During the selection process, she didn't fully grasp my preferences, and attempts at small talk were met with minimal engagement.
Overall, I would rate the customer service a two out of five and the cupcakes a three out of five. Although they might be suitable for parties and celebrations, the high cost deters me from considering a return visit for casual cupcake enjoyment.

The mini cupcakes that I picked up on a whim for my Dad’s birthday were a resounding success & delicious, as were the specialty cupcakes I bought too. It was well worth the value to me when you consider the variety I offered my crowd, the personal prep time saved by me, the efficiency for serving mini cupcakes compared to a full sized cake, and clean up was a breeze. Oh, and the staff was exceptional. I will be back.

I tried the vanilla wedding cake and the colada cupcake....Costco cakes and icing are better. I ate one bite of each and threw $7 in the trash.

Yummy looking cupcakes and desserts. Unfortunately I didn’t try any. Pricing is the issue. $4.50 per cupcake and $5.00 for a cheesecake dessert. And they were average size and cheesecake was smaller. Back home in IL SugarJones charges $2.50 a cupcake. This owner now has 4 stores in Rockford, IL. She has become very successful unlike the cupcake store in FL who was out of business in 4 months with $4.50 cupcakes. We all know what a box of cake mix sells for!

I've been to Gigi's a couple of times. The shop is nice, clean. The cupcakes are reasonably priced and attractive. I've tried several flavors. The cake is nice and moist but the buttercream frosting is quite grainy. Even the local markets cakes have better buttercream frosting (smoother & creamer). The buttercream also had a strong artificial flavoring. But the grainy texture is my biggest complaint. They need to fix that!
