All the staff had smiles on their faces and seemed to enjoy serving others. All the way around awesome visit. Awesome food. I choose this location over the two I passed to get here because the service is amazing and they have actual honey packets. Just sayin’. Quality speaks.

Never had Hardee's biscuits till I started working out here in Bowling Green, Ky. Thier chicken biscuit is taste better then McDonald's and so does thier bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Usually have good service.

Food tasted good, and it was made quickly, and there were no issues with orders.
The woman working the window this morning (8/16/25) is rude and nasty. She failed to give us our change so we waited at the window. She flung it open and said “what are you waiting for?!” Our response “our change.” She just looked ignorant and got our change. She’s rude and should be behind a wall somewhere and not in customer service. Our order was wrong, as well. Not waiting in the line again to correct it (it’s so backed up because she’s slow) but will definitely reconsider coming to this location again. What happened to the lady that used to work there every morning? She was phenomenal.

Employees were loud yelling talking to each other one behind the counter other at the front glass of the store.... Found a hair in my gravy.... staff acted arrogant as hell...had to clean own table just to sit down
