All the staff had smiles on their faces and seemed to enjoy serving others. All the way around awesome visit. Awesome food. I choose this location over the two I passed to get here because the service is amazing and they have actual honey packets. Just sayin’. Quality speaks.
Never had Hardee's biscuits till I started working out here in Bowling Green, Ky. Thier chicken biscuit is taste better then McDonald's and so does thier bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Usually have good service.
The AI order taker cannot handle low carb burger prep or changing straight for curly fries. Your poor staff [who I starred] always have to correct it and they do a superior job. Also the AI said to check the screen for order but there is no screen. It is a reason I avoid going to Hardees even though it is most convenient except to check in and see if it is gone yet. AI oversold itself and Hardees fell for it.
