Will NEVER come back here!!!! We decided to eat here instead of Cracker Barrel… big mistake. Food was not prepared right at all. Don’t bother looking at the description of included content because it won’t come out like that. Didn’t take pictures of the beef tacos that had zero peppers only onions. The power protein pancakes were normal buttermilk pancakes. My daughter couldn’t even eat her food. Picture attached. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Stood here for over 5 minutes. Restaurant not even busy. The person behind the register took our name and said nothing else left us standing. HOW RUDE. So we left. We tried again on 2/28/25 and I can honestly say that management has changed for the better and waitress was very friendly. Had an issue with runny eggs and the waitress and manager took care of the issue promptly. Manager was very polite and seemed caring. Other then the eggs being runny I would say management has changed for the better along with service so I changed to a 4 star. Only took off a star for runny eggs but was resolved promptly.

Service was fine till the waitress dropped a plate of chocolate pancakes in my lap. This was an accident, I understand these things happen. We've all had accidents at work. After this accident, the waitress was too embarrassed to return to our table. When she did finally reappear with new food, other items got forgotten and we never got refills. This was a terrible experience and I don't think we should have had to pay for the food. I was out a $60 pair of jeans, but the bill was for the total meal. The manager didn't comp anything at first till I complained. I ended up paying $16 on a $62 bill and lost a pair of jeans. I never complain and this is my first ever review, but this was too much. Why would I ever go back to an ihop?!0

The meal deals are awesome and the pancakes are tasty. Bit slow, so wouldn't recommend if your in a rush. The flavored syrups are amazing 👏

I really dislike leaving negative reviews but...it started when we walked in the door and we probably should have turned right around and walked back out. We weren't greeted, it was a "can I help you" while we were right in front of the "Please wait to be seated" sign. The same non-greeter was also our waitress/server and it was difficult to speak with her because she was rushing. My husband requested extra butter, I made it a point to tell her we would need a lot of extra butter. I think she was intimidated by the extra butter because she brought out 2 little scoops on his pancakes and no extra. My pancakes were brought out barely warm, and the blueberries were cold. I just hope it was a one-off and the staff were feeling overwhelmed from the excessively large party taking up half the dining room and not like that all the time.

I'm sorry. I like IHOP but not only was service bad but food was terrible. We waited over 30 minutes before we were able to even get a waitress. The waiter in our area only waited on 1 table at a time and constantly went up to register and stood talking to manager, ignoring anyone else. Finally a young girl waited on us as she addressed the waiter and he still ignored everyone else. I had original eggs Benedict that eggs were hard, English muffin not toasted, very little hollandaise and so much ham, I had to take some off. Later I got extremely sick and could not eat anything for the rest of the day till the next afternoon. The pablano eggs and pancakes my friend had, had very little pablano, 1 slice avocado, very overcooked hashbrowns. The pancakes were served by themselves first and when the eggs came, they were just Luke warm. He also ended up with an upset stomach later.

Food was decent. Everything else was terrible . Came on a Friday night . Got here at 5 p.m. didn't leave until after 7 . Waited 1.5 hrs for food. Had to cancel our plans. And on top of it there was 1 other table besides us. The server sucked. The manager need to be fired. This restaurant will not last I guarantee it.

I love their French toast. They are so good.
Been here for over an hour and seen our server once when they took our order. No one has came to check on us and we still dont have our food. Everyone is in the kitchen paying no attention to the tables. This location doesnt even deserve the one star review.

Line too long for me to wait for a table
This place has management problems. There should not be a 20-minute wait in a restaurant with only four occupied tables. The people ahead of us were shown to a dirty table. Our server was OK - not great, but adequate - but everyone else moved slower than cold pancake syrup, including the kitchen. Staffing appeared adequate (yes, I have restaurant experience), just uninterested in working. That included the apparent manager/supervisor strolling around. Oh, and the coffee was cold right out of the insulated pot.
