We four had a meal about 1330 hrs. On 13 Apri 24. Even with a wait and small crowd everything went quickly. However, our waitress did not know how to get orders rt on her I-pad. I ordered sweet tea two lemons and got water with lemons. The two strips of bacon were so small like one piece cut into and the cost was $3.49 equal to a half pound from a market. I had a pan cake meal. They were semi warm and definitely not lite and fluffy. With five pan cakes they only server two super small pads of butter. My wife had two pan cakes, one almost burnt. A friend with us ordered a bowl of gravy. It was the size of a very small cup cake, not hardly enough to put on the biscuits. Iced tea w/o refills was $3.50 a glass. We were never offered refills or asked how the meal was. Bottom line, you just lost four customers for ever. K. Warrick

The food was definitely undercooked soon as it was brought to our waitresses attention the manager came out and immediately took care of the situation the service was excellent they took care of the bill and we ended up having a great meal

Just after getting our food, there was a tornado warning. We all went to the bathrooms for safety. Though we didn't have to wait too long, they remade our food for us and said our meals would be free! It was very kind of them. I asked if we could please pay for our food (especially since they made it twice!), but our waitress smiled and said no. Very excellent service in an otherwise stressful situation.The food was tasty and not too expensive. I was happy to see some decently healthy options, including protein pancakes, egg white omelettes, and even salmon with veggies if you wanted a dinner entree. And of course the fun, not-so-healthy options like cinnamon roll pancakes ;) which are a fun and tasty treat.

I've been to IHop a couple of times, and they always seem to have a skeleton crew every time I go. Today, they were supposed to be open until 10 pm, and we went inside at around 8 pm. Not a soul to be seen, but I could hear people talking in the kitchen. We waited a few minutes, and no one came to take us to a table. I moved toward the kitchen and yelled, "Hello?" But still, no one came up. So we left.What's the point of even having this restaurant here if you don't have the staff available to serve customers.
