Jersey Mike's Subs

It's been a while since we've gone to Jersey Mike's and honestly, I was really disappointed. The male was friendly, but failed to ask if I wanted oil and poured a huge amount across the foot long. Half was for later and half to eat once we got home. Needless to say it was saturated when I went to eat it, the bread was not edible. 2nd sub I repeated the toppings several times and gave up, 3rd sub they didn't listen when i asked for light lettuce, light onions and had to repeat no mayo. The female employee asked nothing directly to us and was not friendly. We spent almost $73 on the 3 subs and was truly disappointed in the service and the food. I left a 10% tip, only because there was a possibility they were having an off day, and I had a tiresome day spending the morning at the hospital for testing. I usually go to another sub franchise but hadn't been to Jersey Mike's in a long time and thought, why not ... again, it might have been an off day for the 2, but I'll not be going again ...

Parking: It's located in a parking area with several other shops so the dependability of easy parking might depend on the hour one goes there.

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there's handicap parking but I'm not sure

Barb... I understand that being short-staffed can be challenging. However, what I don’t understand is how I quickly learned name of the poor kid on the grill when he wasn’t even wearing a name tag. She constantly yelled at him and spoke down to him while we were in line. It was incredibly belittling to hear her audibly express her annoyance, saying he was getting on her nerves, especially when he was clearly doing his best. Meanwhile, she was distracted, playing with the lettuce and separating the onions instead of offering any help. I am very disappointed with our experience.

The lady was rude and hateful. She had a white shirt on with glasses and she had blond hair. She needs to learn how she talks to her customers.

Im not sure whats going on lately but after tonight i will probably not frequent as often for dinner. 2 out of 4 subs incorrect and they were hot so we didnt notice until we for all the way home, how do you forget bacon and ranch on a chicken bacon ranch?????

Sadly we was unsatisfied. Had big crew there older lady there very unhappy worker. We are from Illinois and this is third visit at this store. Gets worse every time. Not only did our order get mixed up . We also did not get sandwiches hot nor was they together. Ours was not only ones others as well. I ask for ice three times and older women screams pops cold no ice needed. Will I paid for ice tea not hot tea. Two bad back machine is not on. Well ok . Set outside dining and the table actually set side ways

Stopped by last night at 8:50pm 10 mins before close with a large order. Cameron treated us and was very friendly and even suggested some menu items we were debating between. The Big Kahouna which I’ve never had, it was mouth watering! The perfect sub in my opinion! Ryan checked us out and was very friendly and bubbly. They recommended we try their cookies which were perfect after the meal we ate! They were perfectly baked (Chocolate chip cookies). Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have such great team members!

Ps. We ate in the dining room and after we wrapped up around 9:10ish one of us wanted to take another Giant sub for another time. After cleaning the grill off Cameron did not hesitate to make us another one and even tried offering us more dessert to take with us!
