My first time at this location and unfortunately it did not satisfy me or my kids. We ordered a couple of subs and a buffalo chicken Philly wrap. My wrap was so sloppy and messy. Too much sauce. The sandwiches were also very sloppy and not enough meat. I will never go to this location again. I usually like Jersey Mikes but this location failed to deliver. We wish you much luck.

Be careful ordering gluten free from them. Most locations are good and I've been using them for years. The other day I used the Bowling Green KY location. I used the app to place a pickup. Traffic was bad so I arrived 25 minutes late. There was nobody in the lobby and everybody was standing around talking. I saw my order wasn't on the shelve and told them my name. They rolled their eyes and said "gluten free". They did not clean anything, but the slicer is normally used for meats/cheese and they placed a paper down before putting the bun on. A little risky but whatever. They put olive oil on it and I told them my order said no olive oil. They then proceeded to try and scrape it off. They got mad when they realized scraping oil is not very effective. They then placed a new gluten free bun right on the uncleaned table. Meaning all kinds of actual gluten on are it now. I asked for a refund and the lady never even apologized. At this point there was a line out of the building. I tried calling corporate and they said that line is no longer available and I have to use email. I used email and never got a response. They simply do not care.

I go to Jersey Mike’s on Mondays and Wednesdays. Generally, while I’m at work, decided to drive 30 miles to get myself and wife, a sub, a number eight. It was on a Thursday, February 15,about 7pm put very little meat on the sandwich. Young lady had to be asked to put more toppings on sandwich, 10 bucks is a lot for lettuce and bread. Very dissatisfied. Have been loyal customer for over one year. Will be a while before I go back, money is hard to come by.

We stopped in while passing thru. The subs were good as usual. There were 2 people working upfront when we first got here and they were a little slow. One had an air pod in her ear. Hoping it was for taking phone orders as she kept having to ask the same ? over and making us repeat everything. She said they didn’t serve roast beef at one point and then corrected herself. The other guy seemed like he was either new or just OCD on making the sandwiches perfect. Before we left a 3rd person came in and started helping as it was getting busy. Again, the subs were good, employees were friendly enough but not attentive to what the customer was saying.

Since we lived in Florida we started eating at Jersey Mike's and thank God Bowling Green has one location, we love their subs specifically the portabella.
Drove 10 mins off I-65 to get my Jersey Mikes fix. Upon walking up to the counter, instead of being greeted, I saw the only two staff members at the counter arguing. Add to that the fact that one's butt was half way out of his pants, and the other seemed to be handling bread with the same hands she'd just rung someone out with, and I was already half-way grossed out. When they both disappeared into the back room and I saw her half-jokingly (?) swing a loaf of bread at the coworker, I was fully grossed out, and promptly turned around and walked back to my car, and drove to Chick-Fil-A. Doubtful I will take the time to drive that far off the highway in the future.

Giving 1 star to hopefully catch someones eye. The manager on duty at 12:30 on 10/25/23 was unbelievably rude to the staff. They were straight up yelling at them. Insanely disrespectful, nobody deserves to be yelled at like that. The manager made a huge scene with several customers present. By the way, the employees were doing a great job. Food was delicious, service was fast, and the lobby was clean. The manager should lose their position immediately.
