Jet's Pizza

On the paper ( expired menu) I picked up in the store which was already expired when I bought a pizza; 8 corner IS listed under specialty pizzas. We ate there 3 weeks ago and received-$5. Today, I was told an 8 corner is NOT a specialty pizza….and did not receive the discount. Plus, that menu I picked up states an 8 corner has premium mozzarella and 1 topping. Both times I was charged for 2 toppings when I believe I should have been charged for only one topping. I also had reached out under Contact us on the website only to be ignored. I did ask to speak to the manager today and no resolution… poor customer service, confusing multiple menus, no online concise menu with prices. I reached out to them once…their turn…

Amazing pizza. I ordered a make your own pizza nothing was left off, ordered all of our food well done and came crispy just the way we like it. Thank you jets for always making our food the best!

I dunno what kind of drugs your new management is on, but just ended a shouting match after an initially polite phone call with a manager that essentially called me a liar about my order. Not only did they get my order wrong for the fourth time in a row, but it was late for the third. I’ve called numerous times politely telling them that DoorDash delivery has been running late and have been promised two free pizzas (which were never credited to my account) yet I still ordered because I like Jets pizza. Never again. Luckily I thought to record my phone calls today, and I need time to think about what I will do about it. Great pizza, smart mouths and Backpfeifengesicht over the phone won’t help the business. I won’t forget.

We had the Detroit style pizza and it was amazing. The crust was crispy, the cheese to the edge, and the toppings were generous. We had a great experience.

Kid-friendliness: There were coming books for kids while we waited on the food.
