I went to Jimmy John's on June 15th and there was a very sweet lady and young man working. The young man was working the register and both of them said hello and I walked in. It was my first time in that Jimmy John's, so they waited patiently while I looked over the menu and asked questions about a sandwich. The young lady knew exactly what was on everything and she made a delicious sandwich! Both of them were very friendly and I will definitely be going back. They have a great selection, the restaurant was clean. It was a really positive experience! I definitely recommend Jimmy John's on Russellville Road in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Jimmy John's failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service during our recent experience with them. Despite placing an order weeks ago, the delivery took an exorbitant 2 1/2 hours to arrive. When we inquired after an hour of waiting, we were met with the excuse that the manager was the lone soul managing the operation, accompanied by a single delivery driver. As if that weren't absurd enough, a subsequent call 45 minutes later revealed the same excuse of being understaffed. Blaming Door Dash for inaccurate delivery times further highlighted the manager's incompetence in managing his own affairs.Upon finally receiving the order after a barrage of calls, the compensation offered was laughable—a measly free sandwich on our next order. Predictably, when we attempted to redeem this offer, it mysteriously vanished from their records, mirroring the ineptitude displayed throughout our entire interaction. Waiting over two hours for cold sandwiches, not to mention previous instances of similarly egregious delays, showcases Jimmy John's utter incompetence in their primary function: delivering food promptly and efficiently.In conclusion, our experience with Jimmy John's was nothing short of a nightmare. Their abysmal service and inability to fulfill even the most basic customer expectations ensure that we will never again subject ourselves to their laughable attempts at running a business.

I ordered through the Jimmy Johns app on two different occasions and had opposite experiences. First time, order was delivered by a JJ store driver in 18 minutes, could not have been faster. Second time, delivered through a third party driver (probably Uber Eats), even though I ordered direct, delivery took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Marked as “out for delivery” for 40 of those minutes. Very stressful, and there’s no way to know which reality you’re going to get

I just couldn’t eat the food ! The guy that fixed my sandwich had rings & piercings all over his face !! Sickening !! Absolutely sickening !! How can you have someone like that preparing our food ? I love Jimmy John’s & stop all the time. It was my first time at this location & don’t worry we won’t be back ! Absolutely sickening !
