I like JJ sandwiches. Its generally a good deal and a good sandwich. BUT the error rate at this location is obscene. They seem to screw up one out of every three visits.
The most recent was my double roast beef Hunter’s Club, which somehow became Turkey, cucumber, and guacamole. Seriously, how hard is it to make a sandwich and pass it out a drive thru window.

Im not one to typically complain on here especially since this jimmy johns is usually great. But hoping the management team on fairview avenue sees this. I ordered a sub and a wrap with specifications due to dietary restrictions, all of which were noted on the receipt and not a single one followed. I had my husband call to let them know and their only response is k. Hope yall hire in a better morning team before the one ya got ruins the business. Before this interaction id come here on a regular basis it will deffinetly be a lot less from here on out.

After a decade in management it’s rare to see people with that amount of awareness, efficiency and genuine warmth in customer facing roles. Also the bathrooms were so clean. Much appreciated this experience and a little faith in humanity is restored!

I had a delivery order and they forgot my water which was no big deal at all, the driver said he was going back to get it and I called the store to let them know that is was no biggie and not to worry about bringing one back. They offered me a credit and still brought me my drink back. I have nothing but good things to say about them!
This jimmy johns location is a quick go to for lunch and catering. Restaurant was mostly clean and staff was friendly enough as they pumped out those sandwiches. Got catering from here as well and was able to pick it up well before posted open hours which I really appreciated. Night time catering was close as they were running out of bread at the end, but still a good experience with a goodie bag of condiments, napkins, and cutlery. The pasta salad was good too along with the mix of sandwiches, chips, and cookies.

I called and explained what happened and got hung up on. I called back and a man answered and said he could bring me some avocado, I didn't have time to wait. Was very hungry lol. So I just explained that I'll never order from fairview JJ in bowling green NEVER AGAIN. The Jj on russellview rd in bowling green is the very best they always are perfect. The have always made my food exactly how it's supposed to be and that will be the only JJ I will ever go to. Booooo!!! To fairview
