Honestly, this is in the top service I've ever had at a chain. The tall guy (sorry I cannot remember names), was super nice and patient with us. We truly were surprised at how great the customer service was! The sandwiches were delicious and ready to go quickly!

Placed order online that took 50 minutes to deliver. Driver left it in the main entrance of my work without taking to reception so the food set out for at least twenty minutes. The app never updated showing that the food delivered. When I called to ask to ask for a refund as the food had yet the deliver, the woman I spoke with was rude and said she delivered twenty minutes earlier and there were no instructions to take it to reception.

Subway cheaped out and started making wraps with their hideous flatbread, so I tried the Mediterranean wrap here. When I bit into it, it turned into a gritty substance similar to toothpaste. It was difficult not to gag. Gross.

I like JJ sandwiches. Its generally a good deal and a good sandwich. BUT the error rate at this location is obscene. They seem to screw up one out of every three visits.
The most recent was my double roast beef Hunter’s Club, which somehow became Turkey, cucumber, and guacamole. Seriously, how hard is it to make a sandwich and pass it out a drive thru window.

Im not one to typically complain on here especially since this jimmy johns is usually great. But hoping the management team on fairview avenue sees this. I ordered a sub and a wrap with specifications due to dietary restrictions, all of which were noted on the receipt and not a single one followed. I had my husband call to let them know and their only response is k. Hope yall hire in a better morning team before the one ya got ruins the business. Before this interaction id come here on a regular basis it will deffinetly be a lot less from here on out.
