Outside of store looks outdated. Took forever to order in drive thru even though business was slow. My sweet tea was watered down and almost transparent. Did not get my dipping sauce. Biscuit was dry and hard. Chicken was dry and rubbery. First time eating at a KFC in a while and now I remember why.

Food was good as usual. The letters are gone or falling off the wall. You can’t earn rewards in the store. You have to earn by using the app ONLY. Other stores allow to put in your purchase to earn rewards.

Place was dirty. Tables uncleaned. Order was not correct. Rude customer service. Do not eat here. They dont care. Even if you tell them it is wrong they still dont care.
My expectation of having a KFC sandwich in Kentucky is dispelled. Went late for a quick dinner after a 10h drive because this was the only KFC opened till midnight. Guilty as charged because 1. should have checked that it was only take-out 2. Drive way was completely empty- should have taken this as a sign that the food would be meh. Chicken sandwich was dry, fries were cold and sad. And they missed our drink order. Had to go back to get the drink. So, yeah..not a good experience.

I ordered the wings and wedges. I didn’t get the wedges, the wings were supposed to be bbq but they were spicy and most of them were to hard to eat. I was able to eat 2. My husbands order was right.

No stars for this place!!!!!! What a sick joke they pulled on me!!!! I go in order my meal and instead of getting 3 tender strip meal I get what looks like a fried baby chickens neck, may as well called it nuggets!!!!!! Never again will I go back when I can go get a 4 piece from raising canes for the same price and actually get what I paid for!!!!!! I hope kfc gets shut down for scamming people out of their money

Waited 10 minutes on a Sunday and no one waited on us. Only saw one mobile order go out the door. Saw several customers leave without ever getting a chance to order. Severely understaffed
