I love KFC but this particular one they are not running it properly my last 2 experience was bad 1st one I had to wait 40 minutes for the chicken they didn't have at the moment after got home the chicken was burn and tasted like it was cook with burn old oil, 2nd time ask for a bucket of 8 wanted leg and thighs only, got home got 4 piece of breath 2 drums, 2 wing, I know I should had check before I left the drive thru but I was in a hurry to get home now there's not going to be a 3rd time cause I'm not going there no more didn't call or go back to cause my time is valued

Slow, not any tissue in men's room, employee leaving bathroom stall without washing hands, I told him , he said he changed clothing, still wash your hands before waiting on customer's.

I ordered a 4 piece meal. When I arrived home it was only a 3 piece. I called them back and was told, “Do you want to come back and let meet take care of you?” I told her I would try to contact someone who was already out but, if not, I would come back. When I arrived the young lady at the counter was very pleasant and went to the back to correct the order. I told her my food was cold by now could I get hot. She says, “I got you.”. The manager (I suppose?) came out and asked if I had the other order with me. I went to car and got it. I stood there and WATCHED her go directly to the trash van and throw it away! First, that is VERY unsanitary to take food back a customer has touched and then touch other people’s food! But secondly, there was no accounting for my TIME and INCONVENIENCE of having to return over a mistake THEY made! I was a GM of restaurants for years and you do not do that to your customers. If it were a huge order I would at least correct the replace the items that were done incorrectly and give them SOMETHING to make up for them having to return. But, to handle the situation THIS way is totally unacceptable.

The moment I walked in I noticed that the majority of the tables were not cleaned at all and the floors were visibly dirty. The area near and around the soda machine was incredibly sticky. Honestly I'm only giving this 2 stars because the food was somewhat good.
I really enjoyed my dinner tonight. The chicken was delicious. And the lady who was the cashier was super nice and she made me feel welcome.

3.8 starsIt's fast-food. It's KFC. This location was clean and staff was friendly. Food came out hot and quick. Tried the new chicken wraps and they were ok. Spicy Mac and Cheese and spicy slaw. Sweet corn was mid and I didn't finish. Wraps had some heat but don't get your hopes up. Over a good trip.
