Just ordered a chicken strip dinner and large mashed potatoes. Took a while to get through the line but that’s ok. Get up to the window and pay and when my card was handed back they were not able to do chicken strips because they were frozen??????? Of course made sure I paid first before telling me. Couldn’t give me a receipt to show I was refunded but assured the money would come back. Also refused to wright anything on the original receipt to say such. Then didn’t give me the receipt for it either. Why do we go out for anything anymore. Service is horrible and no one cares. Just stay home and cook.

They didn't have anything i wanted they wore out of it still had to wait for a few minutes even tho I changed my order and get back to the hotel and I can't even eat my food because that made it wrong so thats money I just throw away now I got to go some where else to get food and spend more money in gass and more food

Dirty as hell walking in, workers completely ignore you, can’t get your order right like it’s rocket science to push buttons in a machine and read a piece of paper. Food is cold and gross and it’s not cheap just wish all the fast food restaurants on scottsville rd will stop being dumb or close everything down damn I shouldn’t always have disgusting food.

8 out of the 12 tables were dirty, and there was no welcoming and it took 5 minutes before someone took my order. Nobody acted like they cared. Avoid this dump!

Paid extra to substitute 2 breasts for 2 thighs. Get home and had thighs instead of breasts. 2 far to go back. Sone one will go hungry as no one eats the thighs.

If I could give them a zero star rating , I would. I always buy the same meal , a three piece meal with all white extra crispy meat , 2 chicken breasts and one chicken wing , and two side orders of mashed potatoes and gravy. The cost has been $11.63 . For some reason , this time the person who took my order said it was $15.93. When I questioned why , I was told there was an additional charge for each piece of chicken . I have been coming to this location for at least three years and ordering the same meal. This was the first time it would have been this costly. I didn't buy it because the manager said it was always this way. I even showed her a picture of a past receipt from the Fetch app that showed what I always pay. I will be finding me another place to get my husband's chicken .

Does this really need a paragraph? I took a bite of my chicken, and it was very doughy, I didn’t even really taste chicken so I was pulling them apart and I found paper with pen written on it. This is absolutely unacceptable.

ordered thru doordash, i ordered a 12 piece and 3 large drinks. received only 1 drink. I kept calling the store over 30 times and the phone was busy the whole entire time. The drinks aren't cheap, I'd like a refund.
