I'm getting really annoyed. The store was empty, and I was the only customer there with my coupon. I ordered the fall selection as shown on the website and was supposed to get a mixed standard selection for free. I then had to specify the fall selection (even though it's clearly stated on the website which varieties and quantities are included in a dozen), and I received a dozen standard glazed donuts instead. Of course, I didn't open the box to check it in the store, and I was very disappointed when I got home. Why is it so difficult to get what you order? This isn't the first time this has happened.

Hot sign was on but my doughnuts was not that fresh. Luke warm! How was the hot sign on but the doughnuts arent that fresh . I wanted Freshly made hot doughnuts!
