So I called this Kristy kreme since I hear amazing things about it so I wanted treat for my wife 2 sons and mother and I called 4 times and nobody picked up when I I clicked number 2 so I could ask a few questions for the pick up and order I wanted to ask how much for a dozen but the women that I was speaking to me sounded very rude and like she was in a hurry her name is Marie and she said for a sorted dozen was $20.99 and I told her that I thought is was 17 she was very rude if your looking for good customer service to ask questions do not call would not recommend i have a picture of me calling about 4 times with no response

Two dozen of donuts for $22 🤔 🚫 $11 a dozen is still double the price a dozen of doughnuts 🍩 should be. You will sell more doughnuts at a lower price and more people can actually afford to buy them!! I would love to see lines of people at donut shops again and I would be one of them, I haven’t been to a donut shop since Covid and probably never will until prices come down. 😞

I'm getting really annoyed. The store was empty, and I was the only customer there with my coupon. I ordered the fall selection as shown on the website and was supposed to get a mixed standard selection for free. I then had to specify the fall selection (even though it's clearly stated on the website which varieties and quantities are included in a dozen), and I received a dozen standard glazed donuts instead. Of course, I didn't open the box to check it in the store, and I was very disappointed when I got home. Why is it so difficult to get what you order? This isn't the first time this has happened.
