The flavors of the shrimp fried rice were on point, I also liked that he added just the right amount of peppers to the soy sauce to enhance the flavor profile(sauce is on the side if you don't like it). The spicy shrimp roll was fresh and excellent. I also tried the mango boba tea, very tasty. I can't get over how much I paid for this! $22 for all of it! Well done Sir!

Wow. This is a pretty good spot for Asian food, although it's difficult to spot on the road. Don't be put off by the location. The food is really good. We had the Singapore noodles and the kung Pao chicken. Both had bold flavors with the kung Pao having quite a bit of ginger. Both were delish and not very expensive either. Also ordered the taro boba tea which was very smooth and refreshing. Thank you!

Very disappointing to see so many great reviews and then get a variety of items and not have anything actually be good. Out of so many reviews, there were only a couple that told the real story. I am with one other reviewer who said that those giving such great reviews must have never had good Chinese food. It was hot and the owner and cook nice, but I have never had any Chinese food that had less flavor. We have been to some large cities with China towns and one in San Francisco that was amazing and more authentic. As far as Chinese-American that is mainly available in the US, this is at the bottom for us when it comes to taste. We had a crab roll that was OK and had the most freshness, but the "egg" rolls weren't actually egg rolls and had almost no filling. They lacked any flavor at all. I had shrimp fried rice and it had no seasoning on the shrimp or in the rice, not even soy sauce. It was very bland. My husband had the General Tso's chicken and it was just so-so. We really wanted to like it and be able to have a place we could go in town, but I had to give an honest review of the food.

My partner and I decided to try this food truck for the first time. I ordered the Sriracha Orange Chicken and my partner had the General Tso's, but honestly, we couldn’t tell the difference between the two. The chicken breading was soggy and fell off easily, the rice was extremely dry, and the chicken itself had a sour taste. Unfortunately, the food was so unappetizing we couldn’t finish it and ended up throwing it away.
To make matters worse, after discarding our meals, we noticed a Ziploc bag of raw chicken sitting outside on a pallet right next to the entrance of the food truck — a serious health concern. I wouldn’t recommend this food truck unless you’re in a state where taste and food safety don’t matter.
