I was greeted by Trey on the register tonight. He had an amazing attitude. My five year old and I were waiting for food, a gentleman named Tristan checked on us, Trey gave me food wait update, and Amanda the shift lead was exceptionally sweet to my son. Between the three of them, they absolutely crushed it delivering great customer service. The energy was great and I noted every single employee working. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location from now on. A great encouragement in a world of poor attitudes in customer service industry lately.

Ordered some crazy sticks to go with my pizza. The breadsticks were good. But I guess shrinkflation hit the marina sauce because the cup I got wasn’t even half full.

Waited 30 minutes for a hot and ready. Paided for butter and parm all over the pizza. Did not come like that. I took it back in and the guy at the counter proceeded to have an attitude and hand me the butter and Parmesan containers from the back. Definitely unsanitary to have customers touching all over stuff that the kitchen uses just because they have an attitude or are too lazy. Health department should be called !!

We ordered puffs, and they were as good as advertised. It was extremely busy. Some of the workers seemed to be standing around while the young lady behind the counter was very courteous and delightful.

I live 40 minutes from ANY Little Caesars. I travel to my closest location once a month and usually have zero problems. I hate to be a KAREN after 25 yrs in customer service myself, but... SHORT STORY LONG the employee rang me up for the wrong family promotion (currently going on 5/23/25). I asked for the 2 stuffed crust EMB pep and 2 crazy breads deal for 27 something. He rang it up and said my total was 26 something. I said I think you have the wrong family promotion I would like the 2 STUFFED CRUST not just the EMB pep pizzas and 2 crazy breads should be 27 something Plus tax aka $3 off pizza and crazy bread something like $3-$4 each plus tax. I thought he cancelled it but NO just rang it up again and tried to subtract the 1st receipt from the second to determine what the diff was. Ok it was $5 something difference NP I knew that because the deal said 27 and I added an extra crazy bread. Because he didn't cancel the first order and just rang it up again I got the basic 2x EMB pep and 2x crazy bread. I called the manager after I got home 39 miles away and 2 extra stops at Wendy's and BK and realized it wasn't right. They told me I could have it fixed if I brought back 90% OF THE FOOD!!! I only go once a month because I hate the traffic but I have 2 bills I pay in Bowling Green. I provided the date time employee's name, order number, total paid, as well as the manager REMEMBERING my order and the mess up. So you're saying I need to keep and freeze because I'm not laying it around to rot, this food for a month so I can bring it back and show you for you to fix it?!? CiCi's Pizza I'm coming back for my monthly nastagila!! Customer service and understanding is key!!

Order was freezing cold by the time I got it. I had a mobile pickup. Which I was on time to. But they did not have it ready yet so they asked me to pull forward and wait in a numbered space, but they forgot about me. So I had to circle around the building and go back through the drive through after waiting.

Guy at the front said it’d be about 15 mins. Waited 40 before I asked about my food, they seemed busy. It was sitting under the heat lamp for who knows how long. Bad service.
