Not a fan at all of the new tipping system at the POS. The front counter employee was just wondering around in a gregarious manner as people were trying to be served. Ask us for the tip, don't mandate it. Please do not mandate a percentile. Typically that's reserved for restaurants where service is applied while seated.

TLDR: Seth is the man and I’d trust him to lead me in battle.

Went there 12/19 to pick up pizzas for a school party. It was the Friday before Christmas break and seemed like the rest of BG had the same idea.

I waited a bit because they were slammed. Seth was working the register and had the patience & control of a CIA officer. Managing the chaos, motivating his team, and keeping things moving along.

He greeted everyone who walked in the door and had customer service skills that would’ve made the angriest Boomer nod in approval.

Ordered a simple easy pizza arrived at 3:15 pizza was made wrong no biggie I’m told to pull into spot 3 and wait, at 4:15 I go in because no one has brought out a pizza to find out they never remade it. They then tried to hand me the original pizza that turned out they didn’t mess up just thought they did. The very mouthy long haired sassy boy just walks off laughing.

I was greeted by Trey on the register tonight. He had an amazing attitude. My five year old and I were waiting for food, a gentleman named Tristan checked on us, Trey gave me food wait update, and Amanda the shift lead was exceptionally sweet to my son. Between the three of them, they absolutely crushed it delivering great customer service. The energy was great and I noted every single employee working. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location from now on. A great encouragement in a world of poor attitudes in customer service industry lately.

Ordered some crazy sticks to go with my pizza. The breadsticks were good. But I guess shrinkflation hit the marina sauce because the cup I got wasn’t even half full.

Waited 30 minutes for a hot and ready. Paided for butter and parm all over the pizza. Did not come like that. I took it back in and the guy at the counter proceeded to have an attitude and hand me the butter and Parmesan containers from the back. Definitely unsanitary to have customers touching all over stuff that the kitchen uses just because they have an attitude or are too lazy. Health department should be called !!
