Using Little Caesars online ordering system and if they contract or promote any outside delivery service they must be held accountable and responsible for any orders not delivered or wrongly delivered to incorrect destination or simply mysteriously is picked up by the delivery driver but never makes it to its destination. My Wife passed last week. I placed order for $145 for my family gathering..... 6 pizzas and 3 crazy bread combos, they charged my card, received all the texts/emails indicating order placed, order on its way including delivery time then text saying driver at destination cannot find you leaving food at a safe location. The only safe location is in my possession. Never received food. Called Little Caesars they said they are not responsible and will not return my money. I must contact door dash for refund. Would be nice if Door Dash had a decent speaking English person on the other end. Barring language barrier Door Dash cancelled my order and yes I have that transaction # and yet mot received.my refund.

When you need pizza fast, this is the place. I always order on the app and use their convenient drive thru. You do have to go around the building to get to it, but it's always clear. Their parking lot is kind of small, so be careful, but it's worth it for the food.

Used to visit this location on a semi regular basis when we lived on the north side of Bowling Green. I don’t recall having many issues when I would purchase from there, outside of terrible parking and less than ideal access to the drive thru.
Tonight, I ordered Little Caesar’s for the first time in forever (it’s ok, I started singing it in my head too). I accidentally picked the wrong location and had to go back to the Bypass location. I had selected to pick up inside when I was thinking it was the other BG location because their drive thru. When I arrived at the Bypass location, the parking lot for the shopping center was indeed more than full. I had my two kids (both toddlers), so I didn’t want to have to get them out just to grab food and walk right back out. I noticed that the drive thru was empty, so I went around to it.
I told the nice girl at the window my dilemma. She couldn’t find my food, though I told her it was likely in the portal. She came back, told me I would have to come in, to which I replied (again) that I did not want to get the kids out. It should be a simple process to grab the food they have access to and hand it out a window.
I had my phone which proved I purchased it and the code for the portal. Finally, after asking politely again a third time, she accepted the portal code. However, I could see her supervisor was still unhappy. After handing me my food, I was told “for future reference, in store pickups absolutely have to be picked up in the store.” I don’t fault the girl who told me that, she was just the messenger.
The level of customer service tonight was absolutely subpar and will make me rethink my future decisions to order from there. I implore management to speak to their employees and let them know that sometimes circumstances change and one cannot always continently walk in for five seconds. That’s why a drive thru is offered, for convenience.

I've been to a lot of Pizza places. But none, even the Hut, had just as much amazing customer service as this Little Ceasars. They were nice, polite, and served everything in the best manner possible. I'm definitely coming back here next time for Pizza again. 10/10 Would recommend!
Horrible. The staff don't know what they are doing. They look like they are on drugs and they overcharge me and gave me the wrong order

The worst place ever waited one hour and 15 mins for my pizza I called in ahead of time and when I get my pizza it’s cold, called them and he said I’ll have to wait an hour more to get hot pizza very disappointing,

TL:DR Overall a quick and tasty experience.
I ordered on the mobile app as a guest and had no issues upon picking up my order in the drive-thru at the recommended time.
We got the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and some crazy puffs, together for only $15. Don't worry about getting enough cheese, these guys give you plenty. Everything was great and fresh.

I ordered a pizza through DoorDash. It was severely undercooked. The crust barely had any color on it at all and it was doughy and had a soggy texture. ?? $30 for a disgustingly undercooked pizza. ??

Attempted to get a premade pepperoni pizza from Bypass location in Bowling Green only because my autistic son likes these pizzas. Was informed by the cashier, there would be an hour wait for a pizza that is supposed to be readily available. No thank you. I left. Sidenote: Poor customer service happens frequently at this location. Buyer be aware! ✌️ Please make note of the employees scheduled at 6:40pm 4/28/24. They are running your store into the ground.
