Reserved the party room (the Garage) 1.5 weeks in advance. When we got to the restaurant we were told they would have to put tables together it would be a minute. When we asked about having reserved the room they said they had it already booked. What???! This would have been great to know the day we called and reserved the room. Not the day we needed it. Nothing was ever said. So after being seated we had to have them add another table because you couldn’t even sit at 2 of the seats. Then we were not kept in drinks. Our food took forever to come out. When it did several were missing their sides. Then after everyone got their food I still didn’t have mine and I was the first one to order. Not to mention my food was not good. The list could go on. Worst experience and service I have had in a long time.
Dont not get delivered everything was awful BUT!!! they replaced everything at the restaurant and we ate there the food was a lot better but you could tell from the vibe the employees were giving they was not happy serving us or about having to replace our meal we was asked by several different people "so what was wrong with your order last time" and I gave each the same answer and while we attempted to enjoy our meal we was asked if the food was good this time by several people several time that we gave up on trying to have a nice family dinner and just got to go boxes and left
Our second visit proved the first was no fluke. Good service, friendly environment and good food-cooked correctlly equals a receipt for more of our business. I'm just afraid the repeated good reviews will get out and something might change.
Sad Texas Roadhouse ripoff. Grilled mushroom skewer was raw. Overall quality of food is low. Processed garbage claiming to be "homemade". Peanuts on the floor seem to be cleaned infrequently, theyre in every nook and cranny.
Very good steaks. Ckood like we asked. Mine was very well done and still on the tender side. Good place to go.
Food was decent but the service was extremely slow. If we had been there during a busy time I would have understood, but to was 2 PM on a weekday. My SO and I waited more than 5 minutes for a hostess to appear and seat us. During that time, none of the other staff acknowledged our presence, to let us know she was in the back, or would be there shortly. The two waitresses that were working when we came in had 3 tables between them, but wouldn't even make eye contact with us. To be honest we would have walk out after waiting that long for a table, if we hadn't had a gift card to use.
Went and they treated my family like we were trash, the hostess was extremely rude and the waiter seemed not to care about our table at all. We’ve been here before and it was fine but the only thing different was my dad was in his work clothes. I guess this place treats and looks at blue collar workers as less than.
Nice place for a date. Steak was great. Go early as popular place.
Great place to kick back, eat a few peanuts, throw the shells on the floor, and sink your teeth into some great steak. Don't be in a hurry, 'cuz the kitchen and front end are understaffed.
For me, it's all about the yeast rolls with whipped butter! For my husband, it's the peanuts and being able to throw the shells on the floor (I personally don't like that!) In any case, the value dinners between 3pm to 6pm, are great! Try the wood grilled chicken with a garlicky sauce on a bed of pilaf rice. Get a small salad as one of your sides and it's a great meal! Enjoy the casual atmosphere. If it's your birthday, the staff will come by and give you a big "Yeeha"!!

Excellent service! Maggie is very energetic and has extensive knowledge of the menu. Even helped cater to my friends dietary restrictions. Will be back for sure!
Went in and had to wait to be seated with only 5 tables seated in the whole restaurant. Once we were seated, nobody came over to us. We left. Won’t be back.
We walked in and there were 5 tables seated in the whole restaurant. We waited to be seated. Once we were seated, nobody came to take our drink order. After 10 minutes of waiting in a near empty restaurant, we left and we won’t be back.
Poor service. Average food. Did not stand out. There were five of us in the party. Three had their dinner brought out. 10 or so minutes later the waiter came over and we had to ask where the other two meals were. Apparently the three meals were done and someone brought them out instead of waiting on the other two meals. The waiter did bring us two free desserts to make up for it, but that does not really make up for the eating in shifts during a family dinner.
My first time to Logan's in Bowling Green Ky. Great food. It was the waitress 2nd day. Excellent service and food.
