I travel from state to state and this particular longhorn outshines the ones in Tennessee and surrounding for some reason by a long shot not sure what it is but the food is way better and cooked to perfection strangely the service is always great as well this location just seems to be like a poster location

Very busy which is understandable but service was extremely poor! Didnāt get anyone including the waitress to come and get us refills, no one asked if we needed anything, no one came back to ask if everything was okay or if we got what was supposed to brought back out when we asked for our ā baked potatoā because my fatherās steak didnāt have it on the plate. Will not return there. At least at Texas Roadhouse you never get a bad experience.. Not us anyway after years of going there.
