Sadly this restaurant was just not good. The hostess was a little aloof. The server was super sweet but just missed the mark. They were out of so much food it was annoying. The food was OK, not bad but took forever to come out and wasn't big portions. One of our party ordered the pot roast and had to order another side because it was so pitiful looking. I had the steak wrap, it was alright, not much to it really. The fries were like cafeteria food. The ranch was good. My husband enjoyed the mushrooms that came with the trio appetizer. There was also a on the floor which grossed us out but we didn't see it til we were done eating. I would NOT recommend this place.

My family and I dined at Mariah's on 8/20. The hostess was in the at the bar talking to bartender and we had to go find her to get seated. The hostess was not friendly. The tables were not cleaned off even though the restaurant was empty. The service was slow and our food order was not correct. The food quality was poor. This is our second time here and we won't be back.

Wow. This place has crashed. Walked into an almost empty restaurant and now we know why. This place used to be so good but man, it's terrible now. Water glasses were dirty. When we asked for a vodka/tonic our waitress looked at us and said "let me ask the bartender if he can make that". Wait, what? It's not that hard. She want to the bar and came back and said we are going to have to go to the restaurant next door and borrow tonic so my husband said to just bring him a beer. She came back with a Vodka/soda and said "the bartender didn't realize that tonic and club soda are the same thing". Well, because they're not. Next, we were served all of our food with the sauces in plastic throw away containers. The wings were microwaved and the spinach dip was pitiful. Hate this place is toast, but it won't be open much longer. Also, there were flies...everywhere.

The restaurant was very nice inside. The young man waiting on us was very busy with a lot of tables to cover. He did a good job taking care of us. The food took longer than I would have thought to get to us. When we got it, it was really good. The big issue is getting from the parking garage to the restaurant. We had no trouble parking in the parking garage next to it. However, the walkway to the front of the restaurant was jammed packed with people waiting to get into the drivers licensing office. We ended up having to walk through the area where cars enter the parking garage (which isn't entirely safe).

Place use to be ok....we came at 2:30 in t he afternoon so it wouldn't be busy and still had to wait to be seated. Finally after 15 min a waitress showed up for our order, we ordered everything at once cause I could tell it could be awhile before she came back. Wife ordered a steak and as soon as it came out you could smell it was spoiled. She took a bite and spit it right back out. I don't see how this place is even open.

This place just keep getting worse. You call to see about a wait a few months back and they don't take reservations. Go today to an empty restaurant with a party of 7 and they can't seat us for at least 45 mins due to all the reservations they have. So I will never bother to visit them again.

We use to love this place. We got an appetizer for our group of 8 with no plates to share. We spilled a water and the server was there when it happened and she did not offer napkins or a mop. The table was sticky when we sat down and needed wiped down multiple times. The chicken fingers my daughter had were burnt and the pasta was very bland. The breadstick was very tough and not warm at all. Very disappointing, especially for the price.

I will be calling corporate on the bad customer service experienced by your cashier today. I should never have to argue with staff about food I ordered and paid a good amount for. Nor should a customer ever be hung up on when calling to correct an order. The cashier was very rude & aggressive and arguementive. I had to ask for a manager 4 times before she got one to speak with me. I am waiting for a refund but a formal complaint will be filed on customer service.

Have not been to Mariah's for awhile. Ordered two kids hamburger meals and the burgers were massive (for kids). The kids loved them. Wife and I ordered two entrees thst were delicious. And the price was shockingly low for the amount of food. Restaurant was clean and friendly service. Will definitely head back in the future

I usually get carry-out from Mariah's, but this time we decided to go in and eat, boy was I disappointed. For starters they are extremely understaffed so the service is VERY slow. Our party was only 1 of 2 in the restaurant and our waitress forgot drink orders half the time and sometimes never came back. My sister ordered a pizza and was not told until everyone's food came out that the oven was having issues and it would be 4 more mins. By the time everyone was finished eating the waitress finally came back and said I don't think the oven is going to work. Never in any time did she offer to get her something else before our food came out. Then on top of that all they could offer was one free dessert for an entire table of 10. Finally what did us in was my father forgot his credit card when we called they had no idea what happen to it. Then when he confronted them that they are the only place he had been they 'surprise' found it. Stick to carry out until this place gets more help!!

Hostess seemed bothered (April 20th dinner) that there was a customer. Asked to see a manager - after waiting almost 10 minutes we gave up on this request. In the distant past it was good food and service. Recently both have slipped. There are several good restaurants in Bowling Green so I'll move on. Hope they change for their well being as well as customers.

The service here was so bad that i had to make a review. The ONLY reason this got two stars was the slightly better than Fast food that was served. We waited at our table for 20 minutes for our drink orders, to the point that i eventually went to the bar to get them myself. Needed a water refill for 15 minutes, ate my entire meal without a drink. A table next to us just got up and left after waiting for 30 minutes to put a food order in. This restaurant is absolutely not for impatient people.
