Waited in like for 45 minutes while system updated? Whatever that means, Then when drove through finnaly nobody was working inside and people on the phones.

This is the weirdest McDonald's I've ever been to, they do not display the soft drink fountain for customers to get their own drinks while we wait for our food, nor are they in a rush to serve use considering they are serving people just walking in through the door. This new generation of customer service is complete trash.

We sat for more than 15 minutes after pre ordering online, only ordering 2 items, and then watched 3 cars behind us get their food first. Service was terrible, no reparations or communication.
Edit: on top of this we received no sauces in our original order and when we returned to the drive through the ask the night shift was just laughing(even over the intercom we’re laughing) and seemed very inattentive to their actual tasks. After so many times of bad service especially at night, I would rather make the drive to a different branch.

Didn’t receive all my drinks. pulled forward to wait 15 minutes for 3 burgers and 16 nuggets. Don’t use the app , it must justify poor service.
