The food is usually good, an occasional burnt pie but other than that it’s ok. Service is worse every time I go in. Today I went in places my order and waited and waited. My lunch break ended and still no food. All this restaurant worries about is door dash and drive through. When I went up to get a refund for my food I no longer had time to eat I went up to the counter and waited another 5 minutes to get someone to speak to me. the black gentleman made the comment of “yeah people wait till the last minute to say anything” I shouldn’t have to wait till the last second. Will not order here again

According to who is working how good this place is! Their drive through is hit or miss. Had a bad experience there the other night slow drive through set there waiting to order for a few got asked am i a member and I said no thank you.??they didn’t come back I said hello to no avail. It was slow and plenty of staff working drove to the pay window and told her I had not ordered yet.?? She said wait a minute I drove to the pick up window and asked for manager told them about the experience and then went to Arby’s for a hot fresh meal, with good service.

The bacon quarter pounder with cheese tonight was inedible, as it was slathered with enough mayonnaise, ketchup and lettuce to cover 12 sandwiches adequately. The fries were dumped sideways and in the bag and the lid to the soft drink was cracked, causing it to spill onto our floor when I got it home. A waste of time and money, almost $20 bucks for two hamburger meals.

Currently here on 12/20/24 @ 6:49 pm. An employee was at the front helping a customer refill his drink. He sees me standing where you pick up mobile orders, smirks at me and walks past me and takes an order without saying; I'll be right with you, or give a second and I'll help you. Went right around the black person that was there b4 the second order came up and proceeded with them like I wasn't even there. I spoke with Russell ( a manager) and told him that he needs to get his people together, so I don't have to. It's all good though, the next time I come across him, I will be a "Karen".

Couldn't count back change , order was wrong, order was cold, no straws for drinks . It was late at night but we were the only customers there so no reason for any of this .

Every burger that we ordered was wrong all of them had onion on it or mustard..Call back in to tell the manager that the order was incorrect and didn't want to admit that they mess up the order!! This has happened before but I let it go but it needs to be posted this time The manager on duty around 7:44 on today has four customer service skills.

While I was waiting to pick up my mobile order, I observed one of your employees giving away food to people he appeared to know. It seemed that the food being handed out was meant for customers who had ordered through a delivery service. Meanwhile, I and other paying customers continued to wait for our orders to be completed. This experience left me feeling disappointed, as I expected my mobile order to be handled promptly and fairly. Seeing orders intended for delivery customers being given away casually was frustrating, especially given that I had paid for my food and was waiting patiently.
