We were the only ones in the drive thru and the manager couldn’t seem to wait for us to pull away before she started screaming at every individual employee, cursing at the one serving us at the window. The workers were doing their jobs perfectly fine.

I came in with my 4 year old son for lunch. I stood there for a bit, and someone finally came to the counter to take my order, my son got a kids meal, and I got a McDouble and a small fry, my order sat on the counter top, for about 5-7 minutes, while a worker approached us and said we are waiting on fries. Meanwhile we are still waiting, the manager says your food is right here we had to wait on the fries.. my son and I sat down in the playground area, and I began to separate our food , the fries are FREEZER cold still, my hamburger was cold, the cheese was still cold as if it came out of the refrigerator..the establishment’s now days are definitely not like they were BACK in the day.. I believe the only thing good that I liked was my coke and my son likes his hi-c other than that he ate his nuggets and we threw the rest away. Just ridiculous.

Not the best experience at all. Went thru drive-thru to order and was asked to repeat order and went inside instead and cashier seemed very short, agitated snd impatient although they weren't busy? It wasn't s cheerful experience or professional. Doubt I will return to this store and the receipt wasn't legible at all.

Customer service was terrible...every McDonald's in bowling green need to be retrained..from reading to dealing with customers especially on Campbell Lane the night manager with the suppose to be highlights need to be
Whatever cook it was that made my order really needs more training. The staff were great with great service but when asked to not put something on a burger and not following through with that is a serious problem. What if someone asked to not have something on their burger because of being allergic to it and the cook puts it on there anyways. There would be a huge issue. Please do better and make sure people orders are correct when making them.
