On 5 separate occurrences in the last 2 months the McDonalds on 31W has forgotten to give me multiple items including Mac nuggets, McChickens, McDoubles, and happy meals/items in happy meal like nuggets. If you stop there ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. This has happened on delivery, pickup, and being pulled forward in the drive through between the hours of 10am to 6pm.

Ordered from the breakfast menu for me and my kids around 9:15 am and had been there till 10:30 am waiting for my food. I asked the lady at the counter since I ordered at the kiosk about my order and I was told I could not be served the food I ordered since it was lunch time. I waited since 9:15 am with my kids DURING breakfast hour and was never told a thing and still never got my food while others who came in and ordered after me got theirs.

The food quality has gone way down hill. Prices up and portions smaller. The cheeseburger was really dry. Probably sat way too long and should have been tossed out. The fries were hot
Ordered a large filet ofish meal, medium quarter pounder meal and a happy meal. Received NONE of them. I live 30 minutes away from this mcdonalds and I realized got someone else’s order when i got home… was rushed and couldn’t even check my bag to swing back around to fix the problem. This mcdonalds is HORRIBLE when it comes to organization.
