Bad food. Bad service. Incorrect. Cold. Made wrong. Missing items
I watched the manager yell at one of her senior citizen employees, outside on the sidewalk, in front of at least 6 customers. All because there was a line forming in front of the drive-thru lane. Why, cause they kept pulling up cars in order to keep their times down and because they must have been slow inside. I currently have been waiting 25 minutes for a drink. A Large Mocha Frappe. Finally got it. It was already melted and watered down.
