If I could give this place no stars I would. I have ran restaurants for over 10 years and I have never been treated so poorly or accused of counterfeit money even after providing my receipt proving I paid with a card. I had the police called on me and was held all because the manager thought it was me and only me not the person in front or behind me who paid received their food and got to go on with their day. To top it off I have even have proof I paid with a card which I offered to show the manager but he was dead set of accusing me but I give it to the police who took the time to look at it before accusing me and that is the only reason I am not being charged with a counterfeit felony. They have cameras at the speaker the window etc and because of I’m mixed and having a bad hair day I’m viewed as a crook by management who could’ve just as easily been guilty of placing that bill there. Worst experience so not recommend paying with any type of cash you may be the next victim.

These people are always SO sweet to me. Their morning crew is A-1 and I always look forward to seeing them. There’s also the SWEETEST older woman who will tell you she loves you every time she seeing you and she is a BLESSING and a TREASURE. I always have a good experience here and they’ll fix it if they make a mistake. Y’all go on with your bad selves I appreciate you 💪🏻

Store would not give me my food. When I proved with a receipt after some trouble to walk back and get my phone in order to get my order, I told them all I wanted was my refund they could keep all the points. I was told they don't give refunds, and then I asked for a manager's card, and the lady yelled to Karen in the back to come deal with me, so I just left. Oh well, it's McDonalds. I didn't need it anyway. Just a warning they do not give refunds. Update they cleared out the receipt from the app. Showing I got my food. Lol. It's one of the most shady worst McDonalds ever. That's why I guess they are slipping. They will let anybody run this place, and it shows. Real class act. The picture attached shows the order I never received. I was staying at the Home Suites 2. I will leave a review of this McDonalds on their site to warn any visitors like me on a tight budget who don't know any better dont get taken advantage of. There is no Southern hospitality at this trash food joint.

This was a mobile order. I like using the app because there are great deals on there and I usually can get free fries with my purchase. Most of the time this location is super fast bringing out my order. This time it took a little longer, but the lady was nice when she brought it out. My quarter pounder with cheese and fries were hot and fresh. I will definitely be back.

I would give zero Stars if I could went there last night ordered our meal got home and it was raw meat called the store was told to bring it back told them had to wait till tomorrow, went back tonight to get them replaced and the manager was screaming at the employees. then our burgers instead of having pickles on them came with jalapenos. The manager was rude to not only her employees but to the customer's also.

Overall, it was okay. Service was meh, and the food was alright. However, there was some trash all over the place and the bathrooms had flooded. This is a good place to stop for a pick me up, but I don’t recommend going inside and eating.
Kid-friendliness: There is a playground where children can play while their parents watch them and eat.
Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and watched car after car get there food and leave. I went inside to get my food, and they had given it to someone else, or they forgot to make my order.

Waited 12 minutes at curbside pickup and store was definitely not busy but the young man who finally brought out food is the only reason for giving this restaurant 5 stars, and try not to drown the fish using tartar sauce, overkill drowns out the taste of the fish.
