I go to this location quite often since it’s on the way to work in the mornings and must say it is exceptional as far as Bowling Green fast food goes. Always timely service, professional, and they get the order right. Probably been here 20 times total and never have they made a mistake. Also they made the best Big Mac I’ve had in my life today so shoutout whoever was working tonight

The food was either cold, missing or wrong. I'm talking about every item. I ordered 4 meals. The thing was that maybe 4 cars went through while I was in line and after I had to go in to get the rest of my food they forgot. All the employees weren't doing anything and they hadn't even made the food. They just missed a whole portion of my order and sent me on my way. Luckily I checked the bag. $35+ in food and they didn't get one item right. None of the food...

Make sure you verify your food is accurate.I don't go McDs very often and was reminded why I avoided it. I had an extra 12 mile round trip to pickup what was not given to me. I would say my fault for not checking but isn't that their job?
