Okay. The little guy that served us was awesome. The atmosphere was great. The veggie pasta was like a 12year made it for the first. When says veggie it should more that two very thin sliced zucchini and a couple peppers so thin you had to look for it. The pasta was cold and the sauce came straight from the can. I am not a food critic but damn it tucked. We will not back anytime soon. Good luck if you eat there.

The restraunt is a little noisy for me that is the only issue I have with the atmosphere. The food and the service were both 5/5.

This trip required cornbread and it had to be at Montana Grille. My heart sank after not seeing as an appetizer or dessert.... Waiter explained that every meal starts with cornbread. Heat scale 1/10 and tasty scale is 10/10. Fun doesn't stop here...

Indecision on so many menu options was resolved with rib & chicken combo w/ selected loaded baked potato. All three were perfect. The BBQ on the ribs was so good I asked for a side and used with the chicken. Bottle it! The wood fuel to the flames infused the chicken and the air in delightful amount. The atmosphere was nostalgic and airy with a location that permitted a walk from the hotel.

Wait, there's more. The cheese cake was perfect including the thick and buttery graham cracker crust. I have had many and this was top 5 overall. The second half was eaten in hotel room later with a huge smile. I wanted coffee but needed sleep.
Ted's montana Grille is a favorite of mine now complemented by Bowling Green's Montana Grille.

Food tasted good, but took them over 30 minutes to get our entree to us. Other diners that were sat after us received their food first. I ordered the asparagus and received 5 small stalks. If I had known I would have ordered something else as my side. I did enjoy my ribeye steak and the jalapeno cornbread.

The food was amazing, and the service matched the food. Beautiful atmosphere and setting. Rustic and outdoorsman cabin feel. Feels like you should be dressed to impress, but it was very casual. I enjoyed my experience

We had a great meal here. Recommend the wedge salad. Service was excellent. Easy to park. I liked that they had a lot of booth seating available

Dined here over the weekend… food took quite a while to arrive and when it did, it was cold. Steak was tough. Service was mediocre at best; I had to get their attention to get a refill of my drink.
This place is too expensive to leave unsatisfied.
Probably won’t return.

Food was great! Servers was a bit rude and not attentive. We came from VA to visit and decided to eat here. Service definitely could have been a lot better. Don’t know if it was just a rough night or what. Still recommend though for some good food!

My wife and I dined in on 10/13/25 around 5pm. I got the rotisserie chicken club sandwich with slaw and it was just ok. Chicken was dry and the bread was over toasted. My wife ordered the west texas bbq chicken. She liked it. We had no appetizer and these small 2 meals with 2 soft drinks was over $54!. Way too expensive. Not a big selection on the menu. I had to get up and ask someone at the front desk that I needed a refill and My wife's tea was unsweetened when she asked for sweetened. They went and got our server Kevin to let him know that. He didnt check on us at all till we went to front counter. He seemed to be more attentive to some other tables that had more guests than to our table. We definitely won't go back nor recommend Montana Grill. We'll stick with Texas Roadhouse for the huge menu selections and the great service. We never have to ask for anything there.

Our server was new but very attentive and friendly. She was wonderful. I had the prime rib sliders and was glad the my friend and I decided to split a meal because what we got was full sized sandwiches, not sliders. They were delicious! The au jus for the sliders was perfect. The broccoli were the size of half head sections, were rather undercooked and just had season salt added to them. The mash potatoes were a little chunky with the skins mixed in.

The free cornbread and bagett before the meal were great although the oil that came with the bagels needed more seasoning.

We often drive from Owensboro to Bowling Green just to eat here. Today was awful. And no one cared. Our French onion soup was delicious and hot… but things went downhill from there.
Our cornbread was cold so the butter would not melt. Same with our baked potatoes. Steaks cold and VERY tuff ($37 filets) could not eat it. Broccoli was cold which the manager offered to warm it up, but offered nothing else. Never got refills on our drinks. All in all, for an $150 meal… we’re pretty disappointed and will seriously have to rethink ever coming back. Such a shame too, because we loved this place and they didn’t even seem to care. If they did, we probably wouldn’t have left this review.

They are always perfect. Always. I love both filets. And the cornbread is so good. Usually no wait, beautiful atmosphere and the food is just perfect. It's one of my top 5 favorite places to eat. Pricey but worth every single penny
