Went to O'Charley's and yeah, it's O'Charley's. Nothing super special but my food was pretty good. It was a Saturday afternoon and totally not busy. My family had an excellent server who was great with kids.

Walked in around 6pm there was a couple at the bar & a couple in a booth. There was no hostess at the front door. After flagging someone down they came over & asked how many. We said three. That person went & asked another person something. The second person came back and asked how many again. Still three! That person went and asked a third person, whom I presumed to be a manager behind the bar something. He started waving his hands around & the second person finally came back and seated us. After ordering, it took a good 10-15+ min to get our food. When it arrived, my wife’s, Burger was good, my fish and fries were lukewarm at best as was my sister-in-law’s meatloaf and mashed potatoes. But her green beans were ice cold. After waiting forever to flag down our waitress I finally took them back to the kitchen myself. Then it took another 5 to 7 minutes for someone to bring back a replacement for the green beans. overall, this was some of the worst customer service and food prep we’ve ever had at this restaurant. Especially when there were only five tables of people there. It’s gonna be a long time before we come back.

I would not go to this restaurant. The restaurant was dirty when we walked in- several tables hadn’t been bussed. The steak nachos had very little meat and the chicken parm was ok. The prices are fairly cheap so you really get what you paid for. The service wasn’t good either. We had an empty glass on the edge of our table for a refill and our waitress never noticed. The manage even went by several times and didn’t acknowledge it either. Maybe they were having a bad night but we will not be back!
We haven’t been to O’Charley’s in a while due to previous bad experiences a couple years ago. Tonight put our faith back into one of our favorite restaurants. The rolls were great, the steak was amazing and cooked to perfection. My fiancé got shrimp and grits and he loved it. My kids enjoyed their meals also. This was an overall great experience. Johnathan the manager was great! And Whitney was the best server we had in a very long time.

We've always had great experiences at O'Charley's, and today was no exception! Our server Emily was so sweet and attentive, and the bar manager Jonathan went above and beyond ensuring that we had everything we needed. There's so many new things on the menu that look amazing, and the garlic butter burger and maple waffle fries are a new fave of ours. We'll definitely be back!
