Outback Steakhouse

we went for a birthday celebration for my adult daughter and it was awesome from time we walked in till we left staff and food was awesome and atmosphere thank you so much!!!

This was my first time ever at an Outback Steakhouse and my friend and I had a phenomenal experience. The food was delicious, however our server DONARI 🤗 was the best part! He was super friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, helpful, attentive, and made sure that we had everything that we needed as well as a great experience. I’m really glad that he was a part of my bucket list chapter!!! I really hope that someone tells him what a phenomenal job he did and how grateful I am that he was my server. I mean no one wants a bad experience when you’re on your bucket tour😂

Out closest outback is trash, but I really wanted outback for my bday dinner. We visited the BG location and were HIGHLY impressed! Sabrina was out waitress and she was beyond amazing. She is so friendly and was on top of it! The manager was also great and super friendly when we called him over to praise Sabrina. We will definitely make the 45 minute drive to get our outback fix here!!!

Utensils could be cleaner. Definitely felt rushed. Because we didn't fit their cookie cutter image of the perfect customer our placement was in back corner beside the break table. Rude rude rude. Really just the Caucasian girl that does the greeting and seating. The hispanic dish collector seemed sweet. Sorry not sorry if you are an employee at this place of business but in my opinion.... do better.

Kid-friendliness: A child should not be accustomed to being dismissed as a second rate human due to any reason.

Hands down best outback experience weve had. Everyone was friendly. Our waiter Landon was great, food cooked perfectly to our orders, and our drinks were never empty. We will definitely be back!

They have increased the prices significantly and the food quality has decreased, not a good business model. Although the French onion soup was still exceptional.

The food was Great! The atmosphere was a little loud there was a short weight, there were empty tables that were bussed not sure why there was a wait with the four people hosting and seating you. Must have been short servers on a Friday night because there were seats open and too many of them hosting. Because there was a wait, the bar seating and booths were not first come. Made no sense why there was a wait with the extra staff hosting! Didn’t utilize staff well! They were talking and not seating the empty spaces.

My boyfriend and I decided on Outback Steakhouse for our Valentine's Day date night, and I'm so glad we did. Our server, Sabrina, was absolutely wonderful. There was a huge rush after we were seated and she still managed to be incredibly attentive to all of her tables. I fully expected long waits in between our server stopping by, since it's a holiday, but her service absolutely blew me away. She deserves a raise!!

When we walked in. We were standing for almost 5 mins before someone acknowledged we were there. When we were seated, we were greated by an AMAZING WAITRESS, WITH A GREAT PERSONALITY AND SENSE OF HUMOR. This is where things go south. We are a family of 6. I ordered 2 chicken dinners, a burger, a kid steak, sirloin and rib meal and steak and shrimp meal. The chicken came out hard and dry. The fries were all cold and the steaks were not cooked the way we ordered them. I ask for ranch for the 4 kids meals. One small tin cup was brought out for the whole table. One tin of A1 for 3 steaks and 1 tin of ketchup for 3 meals. We asked for more and never received it. We never got a single refill on drinks, no butter for our bread. (KEEP IN MINS WE WAITED 45 MINUTES TO GET OUT FOOD). We couldn't get the attention if the waitress bc they were all huddled by the bar talking. Our waitress as sweet as she was came only one other time and and was to give us a $140 check for over cooked cold food. This is our very first time at OutBack and we will not be going back. The environment wasn't what we expected and to be honest $140 for that food was a joke. I hate leaving bad reviews. But there was no way around this one.

My mother son, and I decided to go to outback steakhouse in Bowling Green, Kentucky. My Seven year old said he wanted some cheese fries and a burger. So that’s what we decided on. Quinn was our waitress and she did phenomenal. Vegetables were undercooked, but Quinn insisted on taking them back for me and bringing me out new!!! The vegetables were definitely more tender and taste a lot better. Will definitely be requesting her when we go back!!!! Outback in Bowling Green usually does a good job on making sure the food is right and the service is always good.
