My husband has heard all the rage about Outback, so we went. His medium steak was rare. My medium well steak was medium. Nothing had any flavor. Too expensive for very sub par food. The service was not awesome either. I told him when we were done that everyone goes once because they just have to and then they realize it's just a one time experience that you get out of your system. He agreed and said he would never go to one again.

Had to send my burger back...it was not as ordered. Asked for hot water 2 times....didn't get it until I walked to the kitchen doors. Even though the server finally brought it out.....it was that manager really got it (she was at the door)

Bowling Green Kentucky the best Outback ever been to. Stop every year on way back from Florida. Landon the best waiter his manners and personality the best and knowledge of menu spot on and made my wife's birthday special with complimentary cheesecake. The beer ? cold and food everything you can imagine with A Outback special twist at a great price. ? I suggest if you have never experienced do it and you will keep coming back for more.

Never got bread had to ask for it then when we did it took forever to get. Our waiter never came to check on our drinks we finally had to stop another waiter to get our drinks. They left mac and cheese off one of our orders finally got after over 75% of meal was eaten. I am not one of these people who ever complain but over all the service was horrible. Food was great. Maybe our waiter was having a bad day.

The waitress was very polite and courteous. Plus very helpful. The food came to the table really fast. My sister and I were very surprised at the speed in which the food arrived to the table. The food was delicious. I have been to restaurants when the food got to the table, it wasn't even warm. My sister ordered the coconut shrimp. She sat there with her eyes closed and told me this is the best I have ever eaten. I had the chicken on the barbie... I left the waitress a really good tip. I will definitely be going back again.Outback, your whole crew rocked it. Thank you so much.

I don't typically post about bad experiences but this one was just awful! It was bad from start to finish and even though this is my boyfriend's favorite place to eat he said he wouldn't be upset if we never went back. After a 20 minute wait we were seated and we didn't see anyone for almost 30 minutes after that. No one greeted us, took our drink orders or brought us bread. We finally found someone to ask for drinks and to order our appetizer...15 minutes later we finally got those things but still had not met our server and still hadn't gotten to order our food...this time we found someone else to ask and while they were kind enough to take our order and put our food in this was just completely unacceptable. Our server didn't even bring our food out! We met her after someone else took our order and brought out food. She never came to check on us, see if our food was right, bring drink refills or clear any of our empty dishes. We usually tip between $25 and $30 each time we go out and this time we left only $10...if it had been my decision the only tip she would've gotten from me would be to take a lesson in customer service and learn to do the job that you signed up for...especially when you rely on tips to pay your bills. Not only was our service horrible but there was a large party behind us who were singing loudly to the music playing overhead, standing up dancing and clapping their hands like they were at a club! I couldn't even focus on the conversation I was trying to have at my own table because they were so disruptive! Completely dissatisfied!
